A little bit bigger of a pool. Also, you might consider lowering the price at a certain time of day for the cabanas if they aren't being used. We might've rented one then!

First of all, ANY of the staff we encountered were more than happy to help with anything and went above and beyond. We were able to check in early and took our phone number to let us know when the rest of our rooms would be done. Breakfast was great! Bar was great! Lounge areas were great!

That the buffet breakfast is the same all the time

This is our second year staying in this hotel because it is amazing! It is kept extremely clean and smells delicious! The restaurant/bar on the property serves amazing food and drinks! There is an outdoor pool which is the reason we chose this hotel the first time we visited. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms are a great size and the bathroom is bright and has products that are high quality.

Shower pressure was terrible. Pool looks like it's not cleaned daily, as there were several clumps of hair in pool, the 5 days we were there and we were there when pool opened. Pool water was cloudy as well

The noise from upstairs cannot be helped by the hotel itself but just sucks at 4 am when you hear others running around. I should've gone to the top floor. Also, the price is VERY steep for a weekday! I know they consider this a "resort" and can charge those fees but it's simply in town w/o a resort-like surrounding. It's just Medford. No microwave was a bummer.

This is a great property. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

We missed housekeeping and called for a bed linen change. We left and returned to the same linen. The best we could do was ask for new sheets.

The fun, clean, and friendly environment. We started looking at other Margaritaville hotels to stay. I think next stop San Diego.

The only thing that was negative is signing in. It took 25 minutes for them once I paid to finally give me the keys.

The cleanliness, the decor, happy hour, delicious food, great pool, great bed, big shower, vacation resort vibe, well kept,. Elaine, who took care of the breakfast was awesome. It was the nicest breakfast we’ve had in two week trip. Fresh raspberries, pancakes,fresh fruit, almonds, Greek yogurt, and tasty eggs and potatoes, and three kinds of meats. I would stay here for a couple days for sure. We sure had a nice time at the pool. Made me feel like I was on a cruise.

have that jar of fruit water out all the time. Bathroom door was hard to close and shower dispensers were empty (filled after we notified front desk)

The Margaritaville theme throughout the hotel was fun, upscale, and consistently delightful! We felt like we were on island time as soon as we walked in! The full breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and eating in the beautifully decorated space with sun shining in and overlooking umbrellas and the pool was a great start to our day.

The check in staff was unfamiliar with the policies, he spoke one thing and swiped my card for the hold but then had me sign a completely different version of what he said. Definitely should have guests sign their paperwork before anything.

Convenient location on the way to/from Portland. Large room that allows dogs and has a nice free breakfast. Also near a great Mexican place called Luna with authentic food and friendly vibes. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
