That the pool closed at 7pm and no bar service. Pool bar attendants were unfriendly and had no clue about anything !😩

The floors were never properly cleaned. When we arrived we took off our shoes and you can feel all the sand/dirt. It was very uncomfortable to walk barefoot during our 5 day stay. For almost $400 a night a continental breakfast would have been lovely. Even if it was just muffins. The refrigerator was leaking. The breakdown amount emailed to us didn't match what we was charged. Parking was supposed to be $20 a night but we was charge more than that. The sofa had nasty stains on one cushion and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The location was just perfect. For a family of 6 we never ran out of hot water even while showering back to back.

Not much. Some may not like to be on the boardwalk but at 14th street, the location is perfect. Not crowded at all.

Location was perfect, only steps away from the boardwalk. Note that the facility is composed of several buildings. If you want to be ON the boardwalk, ask for ocean front rooms. We were in the Cabanas, which was behind this building but only steps away from the boardwalk. The Cabanas has an added benefit in that it is smaller with shorter hallways and less wait for the elevator. The room was spacious with a large balcony. It effectively was a three-room suite. Full kitchen with plates, utensils etc. Complementary morning coffee was appreciated, but there is a cafe and bakery next door for full breakfast.

The rooms look bigger in the pictures than in person. The rooms weren’t as clean as I would have hoped but the cleaning service did come daily. The indoor pool was also made to look bigger in pictures as well. One particular staff member was extra serious upon arrival which wasn’t very welcoming but maybe it was just a busy time.

Loved the decor and the property was well kept. Most of the staff were very helpful and polite. I loved the ocean views from the room and the location was perfect. Absolutely stunning views! The property was in the middle of the boardwalk so this was between busy and loud packed on one end and then on the other side was quiet and empty. Being in the middle was perfect and gave us the best beach experience day and night!!!

The pool is extremely cold. It is cold to the point that it made us not want to get in.

When we got there it wasn't quite check in time, but they called as soon as our room was ready. It was well before check in time. They are very accommodating and friendly.

There was a new restaurant on the first floor that just opened and it was so delicious! The staff there were very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed sitting out on my extra large balcony.

Located on the boardwalk. Close to nearby bike rental, donut business, beach, etc. Good parking and nice swimming pool. Ocean front balcony provided for an excellent view of all activity.

Considering the room was labelled a suite, I expected there to be some basic dishes and utensils, which there weren't. Maybe I'm wrong, but when I see "suite," that is my expectation and what I normally see when I book other suites. Our room was right next to the only ice machine in the entire hotel, which woke us up every morning since it was constantly in use right before people headed to the beach. Also, considering I traveled well into the summer season, I felt the outdoor pool closed too early at 7pm. Finally, while the hotel itself is pet-friendly, I feel they need to add a pet area outside the hotel. There is very little grass in that area, so it was hard to find a place to actually take my dog to do his business.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Design was classy and bright. Balcony was great. We had a small dog that was accommodated nicely. A/C was very good (reasonably quiet and effective). Staff was very good and friendly. Location was amazing as this is located just north of where the fun boardwalk shops/stands are.
