The yard needs some sprucing up. But I would still stay again.

Loved everything amazing location right on the beach. Beautiful views. The area across with dock is awesome. Very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer dryer. Outdoor shower. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was empty so it was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.had everything you need.

The house has 2 bedrooms. Trundle bed in one the bedrooms is not very comfortable.

Great location: ocean on one side and lagoon on the other. Beautiful views. House has everything needed: beach chairs, towels, fully equipped kitchen. Host is very responsive. Excellent place for short retreat.

Several windows were unusable - too difficult to open/close - and no screens on the bedroom windows so we were eaten alive by no-see-ums. The street address doesn't GPS map correctly so deliveries were not an option and locating it would be confusing without having seen the photos. As someone who has to cook all meals, I bought and donated a vegetable steamer pot for the kitchen and would suggest replacing the flaking teflon coated cookware. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised with the comprehensive supplies in this welcoming and comfortable home.

Fabulous house in a fabulous location. We had the entire beach to ourselves and the heavy machinery previously mentioned had moved mostly out of hearing range. Didn't find the beds uncomfortable but agree that sleeping 5 would be a stretch. Three adults and a child (trundle bed) would be ideal. Every amenity needed was available, plenty of towels for three! Surprisingly good chef's knife which is unusual. Sunrises, sunsets, wildlife sightings and not far to shopping. Would definitely return.

The only thing the owner should mention is that beach restoration is currently underway. During our stay, on weekdays, trucks were transporting sand along the beach, and a bulldozer was reinforcing the shore. The work has been ongoing since January, so it would be fair to inform guests about this.

Great, very peaceful location, practically on the beach. The accommodation is designed in a cozy “beach house” style with tasteful decor. Super fast internet, allowing streaming of favorite VOIP services and music. The outdoor shower with warm water is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our arrival and departure, which I greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed the beachfront and the river. We also enjoyed going to the state park and museums nearby. We swam in the lagoon and saw manatees, dolphins, pelicans and agama lizards. This is a beautiful place! We really enjoyed it!

The beds were uncomfortable

Everything was perfect the beach access and the dock on the river had a great time the beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable but that got us out of bed early to enjoy the day we'll definitely be vack

Some of the facility’s equipment (beach chairs, windows, etc) can use some updating.

The location cannot be beat. The ocean is steps away and the Indian River is across the road. We loved hanging out on both sides.

Access to the dock was challenging. The main TV didn’t work. One half of the couple thought 73 degrees was too cold.

The drive way was hard to spot when we were coming back in the evening. And the beds were much smaller than I had anticipated. Fitting five adults into all the beds would have been challenging if all of the people are big or tall.

Location was great. The beach was practically behind the house. Sebastian Inlet was just a few minutes away from the house and the area wasn't very busy. There was easy access to the bay as well from the home.

The No-seeums are murderous Bring protection.

Views of ocean and Intracoastal. Was well stocked with towels and essentials. I could’ve left half of my stuff home. Loved all the wood and recessed lighting.
