The bathroom had black mold growing under the wallpaper by the bathtub and mold spots on the ceiling. There was hair still in the shower hanging on the wall. The location is nice off the main street so no street noise.

The pool was ice cold !!! That? Was the only reason I booked that hotel

Before I booked I called and asked about the pool. I was told it would be heated. That's why I booked there. The pool was ice cold !!!!!

The room could have been cleaned better. The bathroom was a bit dirty. There was hair/whiskers in the sink. The Hair dryer in the room was faulty. It overheated after 1 minute of use and sparked and started to smoke. we had 3 people in our room and had to keep asking for enough towels and washcloths. We only had enough towels for 2 people. We also did not get a floor mat. The phone and TV did not work when we first checked in. Apparently the phone was unplugged and it might have been the reason that the TV did not work. However after trying different things to make them work, we finally got it fixed. Also, the door locked, but it didn't shut all the way closed and left a gap. We had to put an ottoman against it to close the gap.

The size of the room, the staff was attentive.

Breakfast could’ve been a bit better and the swimming pool was freezing so we couldn’t use it.

Overall the hotel was really good! They accommodated my request to be on the first floor which was appreciated. Staff was nice. We will stay here next year when we’re back in town!

I found a rolled up sheet in the closet. I had to ask them to remake the bed with fresh sheets. Upon my arrival at this hotel yesterday Sept 25 for one night, I had to pay an additional sum of $75 for a security deposit any unexpected charges. I was not given a receipt or paperwork to confirm this extra charge beyond the price Booking requested. At check out the next morning, no one was at the front desk to give us our refund or explain how and when it would be returned.

It could use some upgrades. The washer and dryer is really old; the dryer does not dry the clothes completely so I had to air dry it. The room is not as clean as I would hope. The cleaning crew does not pay attention to detail; dirty curtains and lamp shades. Also the room smelled like wet dirty carpet. The comforters were torn and had a cigarette burn on it. Pillows look really old. Everything looks old.

I like that it is close to the interstate. The location is quiet. Staff was very friendly and was very prompt when I had asked for the shower curtain to be changed. It smelled so bad.

The room were they served breakfast was small and there was not enough seating. Sometimes we had to wait to use the elevator as they only had one, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The parking was nice. We were able to park close to our room. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The temp of the room was comfortable.

One staff at the continental breakfast was very rude and tried to tell me I couldn't take my food for my kids to go. They were still sleeping and they had to eat in the car to get to their meet in time. I had never heard of this "rule " at any other hotel and was upset for her "reptimanding" me. I walked out with the food for my kids.

The location was great as we were down there for a track meet, pool was nice, warm, but I wish there was a hot tub!

Air conditioning unit was loud and would keep turning on by itself at night even though I turned it off with the control on the wall. Disturbed our sleep. Mattress on the pull out couch was the thinnest I've ever seen. Decided not to use it at all and shared a bed instead.

The parking lot was very dark. I don't know if the lighting had gone out. But I didn't see any light posts either.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were all very clean. The breakfast was basic but everything was very fresh.
