The wifi and phone signal are not the best for sure

Staff/owners all Indian, so they're very frugal with towels, supplies, coffee was tan-colored water.

Stayed here several times, Ice machine never works. Staff away from dest frequently. Very good breakfast selection, but at 7am, always COLD? Needs warming sooner.

The floor in Room 319 had something larger under the carpet that was raised up and would move when you walked on it like a couple boards were later put under it. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept. The mirror had toothpaste splatter on it still and there were no towels at all in the room.

they were out of almost everything at 8:oo in the morning. even had to wait on coffee! never did refill anything, no eggs no yogurt no meat ,just cereal rolls and bisquits and gravy

Items could of been hotter. Just having muffins was ok, but donuts or some pastries would of been nice.

The tub was stopped up on the first shower, and when I went to the front desk, she handed me a plunger and said I would have to do it. It was full of hair, from over time. The bed sounded like I was sitting on a piece of thin metal every time I sat down on it. I rented 2 rooms and put the number of guests in each room, but we still had to go to the desk to get linen and pillows that were not in both rooms.

Location was good for visiting family, and to shopping.

Bedspreads were dirty. Bathroom shower wasn't clean. Virtually very little "hot breakfast". Very disappointing.

I didn't like that the couch was full of white pet hair room 309. And my son is allergic to pet hair was sneezing alot. And it didn't have sheets to make the bed had to go downstairs and ask for extra set 🙄. And the jacuzzi was cold water not hot 😒 with bubbles but not hot water 🙈

The hot tub had sand on the bottom. The pool was ice cold for being an indoor pool and it had algae around the edges. There wasn't any towels in the pool area. Big dirty handprint on the wall in the room. No bedding on pull out couch.

The bed was comfortable. The room was decent. People were nice. Easy check-in.

definitely needs some tlc. bed coverings had stains, couch was covered in stains, bathroom looked like it hadn’t a simple wipe down but definitely not clean.

The tub could have been cleaner and I just thinks they need to update some of the furniture. The first room i was put into the TV didn't work.. They gave me another room immediately.

The staff was really accommodating. Jeff was great and made you feel at home. The hours of the pool were nice. The free breakfast was great! I went down for the blueberry festival and the room I had was a great location for the fireworks. Very quiet stay.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bed didn’t have pillows so i left the location completely and have since then been trying to receive a refund.

The room a/c did not cool the room. The curtains didn’t close all the way. There was food left in the refrigerator and a piece of clothing sticking out from under the sofa. The ice machine didn’t work. We asked for an early check in and were sent out of the lobbeyby the lady mopping the floor. She was beyond rude! Overpriced for this room!

The hotel has new owners as of 12 months ago and the decline is evident. Besides the abundantly clear uncleanliness of the room the staff are extremely rude and invasive. They were unwilling to waive the cancellation fee after i double booked the same room for the same date due to an internet glitch
