The sink in the bathroom didn't have a plug. It was missing. The bathtub plug didn't work well - the water kept going out when taking a bath

Colors blue and brown drab and depressing Couch had stains Told at check in that there would be no maid service for my three night stay. Coffee was too weak No C charger outlet on the lamps (update) Breakfast area too tight to move around Spa tub had mildew and I had to bleach and Lysol it. No one directed me to the comfortable smoking area.

Breakfast served too early 6-9. On vacation don’t like to rush getting up and dressed and like to sleep a little later. Bed was comfy. Room decent except for rust stains in tub. Location was not the best, no where you can walk to. No stores or restaurants right there.

I smelled pot faintly a few times - including from our bathroom vent it seemed. May not bother some people but we are sensitive to it.

Front desk staff was welcoming, particularly Sy (not sure if I spelled that correctly), who greeted us upon arrival. She was warm, professional and accommodating. The King Non-Smoking room was spacious, clean, and thankfully did not have any scent of strong deodorizers/cleaning products. The breakfast was basic but a nice gesture; coffee available most of the time in the lobby was an appreciated touch. Parking lot was large and seemed safe. We liked that there were cameras mounted in many areas. Road noise from the nearby highway was not as disruptive as I thought it might be. Lots of towels of various sizes. Bed was comfy. Lots of table top space. Many TV channels to choose from. The price was very reasonable considering close proximity to casinos. We were visiting family but often get caught up in casino rates - we were pleased with the value here. Very conveniently located.

Would love to see more lighting in the entirety of the parking lot. Proteins at breakfast could be a little better... maybe scrambled eggs instead of the overcooked fried ones. Maybe bacon and sausage instead of just sausage? But I might have been too late for bacon...we did come down at the end of breakfast. Also the front door is slower to open than AOL dial up from 1995. Completely personal preference, but more Pepsi products please.

Great, reasonably priced room. Kind and friendly staff. The jetted tub was so nice...too. Oh, and the breakfast potatoes!

The emtry door had a 1/2 gap and you can see slight to thw hallway and I didn't felt private and the curtain people can see from outside to the room so no private I was in the first floor. So not sure if I ever go back , unless they give me a better deal and a better room.I like the breakfast didn't like the way the egg was cook I would it like it if it was scramble but it was ok.

The shower was filthy, hair in it... Along with rust marks that you can got off with a product called " The Works", inexpensive. We also stopped at a comfort inn in Florida last February, and those circumstances were beyond awful, and I was to be refunded and never was, and still give you guys another chance, this place is much better, however never should a bathroom be clean in any place a person pays for.

Hotel is older, but renovations have been made. Outlets are not in convenient places and light switches were difficult to find. Television was difficult to see from the couch. Coffee in breakfast area was absolutely terrible.

Convenient location. Smooth check in and out. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Bar right off lobby. Typical breakfast with real fried eggs! on the weekend. Microwave and fridge in the room. Lots of counter space in the bathroom.
