THE SOFA BED WAS HORRIBLE. ENDED UP NOT USING IT, MY 2 GRANDAUGHTERS SLEPT TOGETHER, WHICH WAS NOT THE PLAN. I ALSO HAD TO GO DOWN AND GET THE BEDDING FOR IT AND MAKE IT UP, BEDDING WAS PRETTY WORN.

They ran out of towels at the pool one night and it seemed like a big deal to get replacement towels at the front desk. I wish breakfast buffet stayed open past 9 a.m. We did not make it to breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't like having to go outside to get to the pool area. It is not connected to the lobby at all and we found that odd. I suppose it's for safety reasons but we didn't want to go outside after dark in our swimwear as it was very chilly outside in November. Our room was clean but the carpet in our room was a bit stained.

Room was a good size and beds were very comfortable. The waffles & coffee were good...the eggs weren't our favorite. We didn't enjoy the pool but wish we had. We went down to check it out and found it was in a nice clean indoor area and the water was heated.

The pool area could use an upgrade. Lighting was very poor. Pool itself was well kept & clean but it's surroundings need work. Also needs new furniture out there.

Excellent staff, especially the night person. Location is good & the hotel is clean & well maintained. It's an older facility but is certainly nice.

Every time I am there someone parks in all the electric car charging stations. For us who have no choice, it is important that we charge, especially if we have a long trip to make. This is why I choose this hotel and not any others. Last time I stayed, I had to park to charge in the fire lane. Very inconvenient. There should be signs that say you must be charging your vehicle to park in these spots.

Reservation Issues Upon Arrival and Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast area was extremely cold which then caused the food to be cold as well. Also not a good selection to choose from and we went down about 8:15am.

We’ve stayed here previously. Slight changes have been made over the last couple of years. The location of the hotel is right near everything. We used there banquet room for an event and everything went well!!!

Only 1 Waffle machine for many peoples and the scramble eggs were swimming on water. Only 1 employee at the Dinning room. The treadmill don’t worked!

It’s next to a mini Mall and a Trail run!

The elevator was a death trap waiting to happen. The breakfast was horrible, eggs were very bad, the orange juice was watered down.

Somewhat outdated. Room was small door lock was engaged upon entry. Employee used string to disengage it.

the hallway on 3rd floor had a smell, not unbearable but not a lovely smell and the elevator was a little rocky
