We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAs with 99% of other hotels, the bed hurt my back. But, I have a bad back and require a very soft mattress, so I can't really say anything negative about it. It felt fine to go to sleep on - I just hurt after a few hours. This is the same as most every hotel I've ever stayed.
For the reasonable price of this hotel, I was expecting a mediocre experience. However, the opposite was true. This hotel was much cleaner and had more "extras" than hotels twice the cost. There was even free popcorn and cookies in the lobby! Also, the TV was bigger than most other hotels, which is very important to my husband.
