The pools hours said 10am-10pm but did not disclose they do swimming lessons on the weekends so we were not able to swim.

Continental breakfast was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The smell on the 1st floor was nice and clean but the smell by the elevator and in the elevator stank really bad. Not sure if it was some oil for the elevator or what but it was really bad. The elevator was also hot so not sure if y’all were having problems with the elevator. The 4th floor also didn’t smell nice and clean like the 1st floor, it kind of smelled musty and stuffy. Not as bad as the elevator, but it definitely could be cleaner smelling. Also, the outlet in our bathroom (Room 427) didn’t work so my daughter had to sit on the floor in front of the mirror in the doorway to fix her hair. Other recommendations would be to get new smart TVs or at least a Roku stick to where we can login to our Netflix or other apps so we can watch better TV. I had a hard time finding the guide because there were different guides throughout the channels. It would have been nice to at least have a channel guide by the TV to make it easier. It would also be nice if there had been a sheet with restaurants and stores near the hotel as we were not familiar with the area.

The room was nice for the price with a nice size couch as well. The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable and I slept well. It was easy access to come and go as needed. It seemed like a nice and safe place and I never felt nervous coming and going, even when I was alone. The free breakfast was really good and it was nice and clean with nice seating. It was a nice location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so you don’t have to travel far to get anything.

We had a very long, hard day of travel and requested a late check-out...which was, thankfully, granted. Unfortunately, I was awakened much earlier than expected by very loud talking/shouting and music in the hallway and room next door. It lasted at least 5 or 10 minutes before I called the front desk. They did apologize and addressed the issue. This is the only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10.

Almost everything was perfect...price, room, comfortable bed, very clean, breakfast, front desk clerk...

The shower was slippery and I had to lay a towel in the shower to keep from falling.

It was quite and the air conditioning was good. Employees were polite.

Breakfast got over earlier than the given time (officially it was 6:30 to 9:30 am) but by 8:30 some of the items were already out of stock. I would give 6 out of 10 for Breakfast.

There was two of us and only one soap and one shampoo. The breakfast was empty of everything except bacon There should have been food refilled it was only 8;35AM. There was an empty egg container empty bread empty milk. And no one was even checking the situation I saw at least 5 other people trying to get food as well.

We asked for room service and they never came. Also informed them about toilet not working and that was never addressed either. My husband had to fix in order to have a working toilet.

Front desk misunderstanding about online reservation. My card has a middle initial and my driver's license has my middle name. So the front desk said the name doesn't match up. He tried to give me the higher walk in room charge, instead of the online discount reservation charge.

The accommodations were very nice. Great breakfast.
