coffee in breakfast area was like black tar. couldn't get into pool bc of massive amounts of choline..could smell it in the lobby it was that bad.

Need to have things fixed. Spa didn't seem clean and had low water levels. Door to pool area hit the tile floor about half way open. Our bathroom door hits the shower curtain rod about have way open.

The door to my room had significant gap on the lower side. You could actually look in the room if you wanted to.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, there was a man’s sock in the corner of our room when we checked in. There was some type of food behind our night stand we could see. Breakfast could be changed up so it’s not the exact same every day.

The location was great and staff was friendly.

Had to run the shower for 15minutes to get hot water,front desk says she forgot to turn on the boiler for the water,terrible,I had a wedding to go-to at 10am

The hotel ran out of hot water for about 24 hours while we were there. They got to work immediately to fix this. There did seem to be little repairs here and there that needed to be done. Other than those things the stay was fine, I would definitely stay again because the front desk was so nice and location was very convenient.

The front desk was really nice, especially Janet (janice?). Our first room had a few issues but she was so helpful and found a better room for us. The location is quite good, especially if you are in Burleson but like to be in an almost walkable area. (Rare for TX) You could do about a 30 minute walk through a park and neighborhoods and get to an Enterprise rental car or downtown Burleson where there is a grocery store and cafes. Or all of this would be a quick Uber ride. There was a Mexican Restaurant right next door that is supposed to be good but we didn't try. The room was pretty comfortable and we appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave. The hot breakfast was decent. They had eggs, a waffle machine with waffle mix, bread, yogurt, instant oatmeal packets and some fruit. The hotel was pretty quiet during our stay and we appreciated that.

Air conditioner was broke - no heat ( but was given a space heater to compensate ).

Very comfortable accommodations. Soft beds and plenty of pillows. Nice bathtub, with a plug. Good refrigerator - kept things cold. Good selection of channels on television.

Needs updated. Breakfast was lagging at this stay. Front desk was awesome. Just a good bang for the buck and don't expect much. Tub was chipping paint. Sofa bed was dirty. Just stuff that wears out needs replaced.

The bathroom is tiny and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The breakfast was just so so and didn’t get replenished while we were there. There were lots of people eating and not a lot of food. The walls seem quite thin. We heard a dog barking and whining the first night for quite a while and the second night out neighbors were having an argument and we heard it all.

We liked the room and the pool area. The room appeared clean although we found some tajin under the edge of bed so not sure that was cleaned.

No phone charging connection. Gap in door. Could see the hallway. Did not feel secure. Sheets and pillow cases stained.uncomfortable pillows. Could not keep closet door on hinges. Loud vehicle in parking lot sounds like going to come through wall

Janet was extremely welcoming. Housekeeper was also helpful. The restaurant next door very convenient. Price was reasonable but you get what you pay for
