Well, housekeeping was okay, but they didnt do a good job of cleaning my room as far as sweeping and dusting.

Our sink had a little bit of a smell to it. Also I think the chemicals that they clean the room with was a little strong.

Breakfast starts too late. I'm up early, because it's already light outside at 5am, but breakfast starts at 6:30am. Am I supposed to wait 90 minutes. There is zero food available before 6:30am. A lot of cars in their parking lot are already gone by that time. Can't they at least have a muffin or granola bars or oatmeal, or a hard-boiled eggs out earlier? I suspect they are just being cheap. Also the location (part of a mostly defunct strip mall seemed a bit dodgy, although I had no issues. The pool area was clean enough, but uninviting.

It was OK. The room had what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV and mini-fridge worked and there was ample space to move around the room. There was also a good Mexican restaurant across the street if you are willing to risk your life (as I was) to sprint across 8 lanes of busy traffic to get there. :)

Staff is great. Rooms are a good size and have all of the necessary amenities. Breakfast is solid. Great location. Safe and secure. Excellent if you are travelling with dogs.

A few more options at breakfast would have been welcome; alternatives to sweet things and carbohydrates.

The hotel's location was excellent. With great ease we walked to places to eat dinner, Walmart, Walgreen and to the Desert Art Museum. It was also very easy to drive to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East, the Mount Lemmon Scenic drive and the Pima Airforce museum.

The metal frames on the beds were noisy and I hit them with my foot about four times. The rooms were a little dark too.

The facility itself is beautiful and the garden and pool areas are exactly what you would picture in Tucson.The breakfast was exceptional for being included in the cost of the room! There was plenty of seating both inside and out. Eggs were hot, and there was meat included, as well as potatoes, bagels, yogurt, granola – I especially liked the blueberry waffle! The coffee was delicious, nice mix of foods and cereals and many different fruits to choose from. I was more than impressed. The location was not great. Lots of homeless in the area and no offsite parking for my vehicle.

Check the bed springs in room 111 , they make a loud konging noise every time someone moves 😆. Lastly ask the housekeeping staff to dial back on the lysol, very heavy stagnant oder

If I stayed here again I would make sure I got a room on the 2nd floor. Someone checked into the room above me at 2am and sounded like a herd of elephants until 5am. no fault of the hotel
