Stay booked with free breakfast. But, breakfast was not served during our stay. They kept only muffins and coffee at the cafeteria.

There was trash on the stairs, inside where the railing is the can was overflowing with trash at the end of our hallway there were stains on our wall in our bedroom underneath the shade looks like there was not on it. Our TV remote didn’t work when we got there so I had to ask one of the maintenance guys to switch it out. Our smoke alarm was going off in our room. The battery hadn’t been changed, but he changed it when I asked. The handle for the Shirah was so loose that it almost fell off. Nobody, there must clean any walls as there were spots look like maybe dried up blood.

Breakfast was meager, coffee weak, they supplied oatmeal, mini muffins. The other patrons were loud in the hallway and there were also disturbances from miniature dogs barking. Hotel is skimpy on shampoo and soap. Guests are expected to bag up their own garbage and put it outside their room. Housekeeping should use comet bleach on the bottom of the tub because of slight discoloration. My stay was 6 nights. I think the hotel was adequate, but overpriced for the service. No coffee maker in the room. I couldn't get the stovetop to get beyond warm. Paper products plates, utensils, and cups not provided. For $150 it was not much better than motel 6.

Beds are comfortable, nice full size refrigerator, NO Jacuzzi! Pool is small.

We found blood from a previous customer on a pillow. Which implied they did not change everything in the room, as they said they did. I also payed for a room that was suppose to have a Hot tub in it and that was false. Doors were not secure and not enough staff on hand through the weekend.

Internet service kept cutting out which was a bad experience as I had travelled for work and needed continuous internet service.

Several items: 1. Checking in was challenging in that I had to wait 20 minutes for the check in person attention. There were personal phone calls and arguments with someone trying to stay with hotel guests 2. Breakfast was meager. Even though the breakfast hours were to 930, the staff said the coffee was done at 910. 3. All reception staff were rude and non personable.

Location was great once I found the directions to the motel.

The price. I feel like the price was too high for one night, PLUS I booked the room with booking.com and the hotel tried to charge me again for the room. I had to show my credit card statement so that the front desk could see that I had already paid. Simple misunderstanding.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. They could have had plastic or paper utensils and plates/bowls in the rooms. I had to buy paper products and Kleenex at a gas station and it was very expensive. I also had to ask for toilet paper. The room had almost none when we arrived. They did let us check in early and they were super understandable when I checked out 20 minutes late. The room was advertised WITH A JACUZZI, which did not exist and the tub had a huge rust spot in it. My daughter wouldn't show in it.

I had booked my first hotel room with my 4 year old son for the indoor pool but couldn't enjoy it because it was cold.

Inadequate provision for room with kitchen. Lack of proper cookware and dinnerware. Not enough seating to eat in room. Too many other guests were rude and vulgar. Complimentary breakfast was basically non-existent.

Desk clerk very nice but not able to articulate to be understood. Pool needed inspected so it was closed. We were in town for medical emergency and receptacle where cellphone did not work. Almost missed several medical related calls

Was modern looking but needed updating ie bathtub old stained plumbers putty covering clear grab bar.

It was disgusting. The first room we were checked into had not been cleaned and looked like the toilet overflowed with brown dirty towels all over the floor, bedding in piles, smelled awful. Ok, so they accidentally gave us a room not ready at 5:30pm. The second room had dirty floors; like liquid had been dripped/spilt and never wiped up or cleaned. The bathroom had garbage on the floor, dirty handprints all over the walls and the tub/shower looked like someone covered in dirt used it for a month and never cleaned. They showed me a third room that was overall cleaner, but the shower also looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. The staff literally wiped the grime off with his finger. I asked for a refund and did not stay. Five days later I’m still waiting for that refund. Would not recommend at all!

The room had literally nothing in it. No soaps, coffee maker. Just towels and a couple plastic cups. I had to ask the front desk for everything. Breakfast was fine but wasn't kid friendly. No juices or cereals offered. The pool water was freezing. The website said there was a hottub in the facility but there is not.

It was clean, easily accessible, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Right off highway, easy to find. There were deer in the courtyards. Super comfortable beds, pillows and atmosphere.

It was dirty - the standout out feature was the hot tub. Photo attached of the bath. Air con didn’t work and sheets had hair on them. Pool was tiny and dirty.

Overflowing metal garbage sat in hallway outside room the entire time. Had to change rooms because entire room smelled like garbage. 4 workers sat in lobby playing on their phones when they could have been cleaning rooms or emptying garbage cans. Continental breakfast only had gross muffins and brown water aka “coffee”
