Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe drawer to the dresser wouldn’t close. The shower didn’t drain properly. You could hear the toilet in the other room flush and their water running. The people above us and on the floor with us were noisy. Not enough parking spots.

United StatesI had expected more from the room from the description of it where I booked it but it wasn't bad. The staff was okay but could have been a little more professional. I would stay there again.
The location was good not too close to town so could travel easier, close to the airport so it was always quick to get a Lyft driver. The breakfast was pretty good.

United StatesThe remote control didn't work. I'm not sure if it needs batteries but we couldn't change the channel. There was an annoying noise in the furnace that sounded like a squirrel stuck in it. Periodically it would shake and make a weird rattling noise. The parking wasn't good either. Our second night we had to park in the fire lane b/c all the spots were taken.
