I booked really late after a long day of travel when my other sleeping arrangements fell through. The booking process was seamless and the price was right. The person at the desk who checked us in was incredibly helpful and kind. She offered us water and helped us quickly and efficiently.

Nothing really. Our stay was pleasant and the room was very comfortable.

The location was perfect as my friend and I were going to a concert in Jacksonville. Winston at the front desk was very helpful and professional! The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and the outlet mall.

The hallway carpet was very old. The entire place had a musty smell. Room did not look or feel clean but may have just been because it's old. Shower didn't drain.

The pool was not clean and the exercise room was under construction. Had to slam the room door when leaving to get it to latch. Was there for 3 nights had to go to front desk for clean towels.these are things that are easily fixed.

The booking was easy, close to food and gas and it was quiet. 24hr coffee in the lobby Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Not a huge breakfast but I liked it.

No microwave or coffee maker in room. Also had to wait for 45 minutes for rooms to be cleaned when we arrived at 3:30 pm

In king suite there is a door between bedroom and living room area instead of just a half wall

As soon as you walk in to lobby the smell of overpowering cleaning products was thick in the air... I suppose if your not sensitive to all that you'll be fine.. But unfortunately I am and I know many people who are. It made me gag and got an instant headache. I would have left but paid online and it would have been a giant hassle plus it was later in evening.. I thought well the room would be a haven from the smell.. Ya Not. Just a different overpowering scent in there. Like fresh paint mixed with cleaner solution. Clerk was super nice and I'll admit I was initially crabby and apologized profusely once I caught my own attitude. But she didn't seem fazed by my complaint then gave me the wrong room. Also reservation was incorrect...sigh.. not on my end And the 24hr offered coffee station served up cold coffee. I Took the stairs in the morning and the side door was ajar. So Not much attention on safety. Oh television was new fangled and not easy to navigate if I was old ida been mad. Reading lights on sides of beds were way too bright. Note: hurricane Milton had just breezed by and the pool was trashed. Maybe the timing just stunk. And it's a new hotel maybe they need to tweak.

First off I've traveled a fair share. The staff was very nice. It really was a cute lil sister to Hampton Inn... Parking out back was extremely well lit. Like daytime out there.

Breakfast was good. Although the hotel was undergoing a rather extensive do over, we were not bothered by the activities.We had TV problems because of a power outage but it was resolved when I reported it.

They offer breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 but they didn’t have all the items we went for breakfast at 8 o’clock they didn’t have no eggs, no bread, no coffee and some other stuff I have never heard that before hotel runs out of food especially coffee that’s not a good thing

I didn't care for the fact hot tub was not available as stated on website and they closed pool early. Breakfast was included but not replenished well. Still had an hour left of the hours it was available and 2 staff members finished what was there and left nothing for next GUESTS to enjoy. RUDE!!!

The carpet in my room had a fresh stain like someone had spilled something red on it that morning. The room had a old smell to it.
