Seems overpriced. Also there was a lot of construction going on near the property when I was there which made it hard to access. Also, it is not safe walking to downtown, nor is it as close as advertised. I would not recommend any female travelers walking alone solo in this area.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The room was spacious. And the breakfast was great!

As is actually normally and almost every hotel, the pillows were not great. Breakfast was disappointing.

The bands were comfortable, and the bathroom was really clean. The location was good and will get better once the news stadium is built.

The property doesn’t have fitness room. Other than it was all good

1. Location is great. Downtown is only 20min walk. 2. Parking is free. I like how the parking is free. The near by hotel charge for parking fee. I hope that they will continue to do it even after the stadium is done construction. 3. Breakfast is decent. They have a hot breakfast and I love it. 4. Pool which is a bonus. 5. Decent size of the room and clean. 6. Good value for money.

The bathroom on the first day had no hair conditioner (was on the wall) so had not been serviced properly! The rooms will only be serviced if asked so was a little difficult to get more! After only the first night, we noticed that there were a few ants which became a little more of a problem the longer we stayed

The location for the nightlife was amazing! Easy walk at night to go out and easy to get home! The room was clean Parking was good on the property Liked that breakfast was later until 10am!

This was our second stay within a few weeks and the second time we found there was no conditioner/lotion in the bathroom! There was also an ant problem on both occasions! There TV worked but we had to contact the front desk to find out that only a few channels above channel 32 worked.

the location to broadway is amazing - a short walk across the river. the breakfast is good and the parking is good. the rooms are clean and the staff are friendlt

Front desk personnel didn’t project a "happy to see you" personality. The rest of the staff were fine. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly but whatever was added to them should be eliminated.

A Dozen or More Homeless People in the Parking Lot at any Given Time, I understand People are Down on Their Luck, But as a Business Owner and The Hotel Needs To Take Control Of Their Property..

It was a little noisy I guess from being close to some highway. And it didn't have a restaurant but a 7 11 is on the corner and we brought back takeout from downtown. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. So you have to plan if you're hungry when you return to room. But again - for the price value - it was fine

The price was good. And surprisingly the breakfast was decent and included! It's more like a mile to downtown Nashville, not the half mile as advertised. But that's not a problem, easy walk over foot bridge and for the price it was worth it then being right downtown.

It was clean & comfortable, but I think the rooms could use a bit more attention to deep cleaning or the rooms need renovated. Breakfast was great & thank you very much for a great stay with a great location.

Only had one entrance to parking lot. Others were closed. They had 5 handicap parking spaces blocked by dumpster. Interstate Drive was closed were you couldn't get to the facility. I doubt I will stay again due to it being locate by Nissan Stadium because they close roads around facility. It took an hour to go four blocks. I physically stopped/parked in road to ask how to get in facility.

Room was clean and staff was excellent in helping. Breakfast was good.

One old lady who worked the desk was very unhappy. She would not allow anyone to check in before 3. There were probably 20 people waiting for check in. She left around 2:45 and the atmosphere changed to pleasantly sweet staff quickly. Even at 3:15 my room that had been booked in advance was not ready. Think we got it 3:45ish.

Very nice updated room. The sink was separated. Nightlight provided. Excellent closet with iron. Mini fridge. Decent free breakfast. Not far from downtown. We walked. Much cheaper than on the downtown strip. Most employees were extremely pleasant.

Other guests were loud, slamming doors and stomping the floor above our room, but the hotel can't control that.

Breakfast was fantastic - good selection and good food. Loved the waffle station! Breakfast staff wonderful. The location of the hotel was why I picked it - so we could walk downtown. Room was excellent - comfy beds and amazing shower. Room staff were excellent. We'll definitely stay there again when we return to Nashville. FREE Parking is a must.

It seems like an older hotel. Small guitar shaped pool that feels like it's in a "dungeon" area. Small pillows that go flat.

Location is right next to nissan stadium. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful.

Really, no complaints.

Breakfast was ok, ran out of fruit and regular waffle mix but there was a dance competition in town so the kids got there before us!
