The bathroom was very dim. The thermostat didn’t really change temperature. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but I prefer more of a chill as opposed to 75 degrees

Hotel staff don’t care about your needs. I specifically Asked for extra towels and was told to bring down old ones to exchange for new ones! Obviously I needed bath towels but they gave me pool towels instead and asked if I could put my old towels in a trash bag?? I mean, I pay for a cleaning fee for a reason?! Smh 🤦‍♀️also, before my whole trip I had called to see if there is a possibility of early check in and if there will be fee’s, I was told NO! But it was a different story when I arrived…

The location was very convenient to everything esp food!! Does have free breakfast so it’s a plus..

My shower head was broken when I got into the room.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The water just kind of fell out of the shower head with little pressure. Also, the air conditioner was incredibly loud and making noises all night. It kept me awake most of the night. The T.V. wouldn't connect to the hotel wifi signal. There were 2 remotes and neither would bring up basic cable channels.

The entire doorknob was missing from the door to the toilet and shower area, leaving the hole exposed. The door to the room was missing the locking mechanism at the top of the door. The television was not hooked up correctly so once I fixed it then I had to ask for the correct remote from the front desk to make the television work properly. I strongly disliked that the location is one way in and one way out as far as driving goes.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

For the breakfast, everything was made of disposable plastic: cups, plates, cutlery, etc… I really got impressed as I was not expecting it to happen in a hotel of this kind.

The continental breakfast was okay but not many choices for hot beverages. It’s either coffee or regular tea. It would have been nice having choices for herbal teas and sweeteners other than white sugar.

The room was very spacious, easy access to the highway and many places to eat within walking distance. It felt safe too. The staff were all friendly and free parking.

Walls need painting as paint is chipping off in places. Dead roach in the corner on the floor. Also when I arrived at the property I was informed that I need to put $100 deposit and I didn’t get it back until staff went and checked my room, and did a walk-through, so I had to wait in the front Desk why this was happening. This is ridiculous thing to do.

The carpet had lots of stains . It could have been cleaner . Maybe get a shampoo job in . Overall everything was great . The room was a lil noisy because there were young men / basketball players cutting up , clowning around, and cursing. Overall everything was Great !
