Stayed here about a year ago and it was under "renovation" so we gave it another chance....sadly, not much changed. Looked just like it did the first time.

Because everything was new, there was a significant chemical smell in the room. The window could not be opened. Hopefully it will wear off in time but it really needs to be aired out. The light behind the bed is very nice, but I had to struggle to find the switch that turned it off. I would have much prefered a night light in the bathroom that was soft but still identified the room at night.

Everything seemed to be brand new. The room was well lit and had the usual amenities. Comfortable bed.

The room seemed clean, but there were surfaces that were not clean and around the base of the toilet and the toilet bowl was dirty and so therefore wasn’t sure how clean the floor in the bathroom or for that matter the floor in the shower.

The turntable in the microwave didn't spin while the microwave heated food. The toilet paper holder was damaged. There are no drawers for folded clothing.

The beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast starts early enough for me to eat and still get to work on time. All of the lights in the room worked on this stay.

The breakfast was very nice. A lot of variety in food choices. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was a little dirty on the back door & the room door was crooked it had some odd gaps. And the mattress I slept on was way too firm and I could feel the bed springs in my back. Didn’t sleep much.

The guy who checked me in May 14th around 6:00pm was a sweetheart & made checking in my room the smoothest and easiest process that I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to him for making our last minute reservations worth coming & I hope to maybe be around in the area again. Overall the room was comfortable visual wise.

The only complaint I have would be about breakfast. They had toast, biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard and dry. They had waffles but no butter.. donut holes but no juice or milk. There was a few pieces of fruit. But no bacon!

It had nice accomodations, was very clean. The staff were great, very friendly.. we would stay again.

The bathroom sink was loose, ( but it worked), and the bath water was backwards. Hot and cold reversed. But... once again, it worked.

There was no soap or shampoo in my room. But, a staff member gave me some of her own to get me by.

Friendly and helpful staff. A member of the staff made a reccomendation for a near by steakhouse that was wonderful. There are nearby food locations to the motel.

No toilet paper in the room. Then I was told that the procedures for remodeling made no provision for a toilet paper holder. Excuse me? I was graciously given some toilet paper, but that is a great oddity.

The location was great. The facility was being remodeled which hurt the presentation a little. Staff was outstanding.

No, We asked the staff office what time breakfast open. Lady said 6-9 am then we ready to eat breakfast around 6:15 an and noticed nothing breakfast on the table.so we got pissed me off waste my money then went out eat at Gallup cafe spent $$ at least $23.00. no more visiting comfort inn Gallup, m.
