There was garbage in the hallways near the vending machines and it smelled bad. The building I was in one of the sliding the key devices that opens the door didn’t work so I had to get in through the creepy stairwell. It just felt generally unclean. The only plus was the proximity of all the restaurants and the car dealership I was going to.

Floor was not swept, blankets super thin, window wouldn’t close. Breakfast was a fruit cup, granola bar and terrible coffee.

The bathroom was dingy bathroom for didn't lock. Someone came at 330am knocking on our room door. Ppl actually live there. One bed was sooo squeaky we could barely sleep.

The room smelled like cat pee very bad. Had trouble with the door to the room. Other then location won't be staying here again. The place is also a shelter for ppl to actually live there. There is no coffee maker no breakfast only coffee juice n fruit cups smh

noisy for hours over night. Sounded like someone was pounding nails into wood for hours. When the front desk was called to report this, there was no answer at all in spite of letting the phone ring for a very long time.

Was dirty, floors not swept or mopped. Shower was gross. Bathroom door was nearly impossible to close or open after closing. No coffee maker in room, coffee and juice is the continental breakfast. Kept awake all night due to people above us stomping around. Very displeased.

Heavy police presence due to illegal activity I was just looking for a comfortable place to crash instead I was awoken by loud banging and cops in parking lot some people even live there this place is very sketchy then I had to check all of my belongings because roaches were come from everywhere don’t go here unless u have no other choice I was scared to leave my car out of site in the parking lot very bad place even though the staff were sweet

I didnt like that my son checked in without me and they wouldnt let him check in without me sending them a picture of my drivers license! That was ridiculous when hes over 21...he should have been able to check in without me there or my license.They had no coffee maker in the room and the room had no soap dispenser working and the shampoo dispenser barely had any shampoo in it. The lamp shade had like coffee all splattered on it.It was run down

Room was filthy, smelled like cigarettes even though it was “non smoking”. The sofabed was disgusting and had crusty stains all over. The actual bed had someone else’s hair in it. Not talking one or two strands, like a decent amount. Room wasn’t swept and surfaces were visibly dirty. Brought our own cleaning supplies to use the tub and had to buy a sheet to go over the couch to make it usable.

Good location, big rooms, nice jetted tubs.

Didn’t like the broken tv. Tried calling the front desk from the room phone & it rang & rang & rang & rang. I then called the hotel from my cell phone & still got no answer.

-The establishment looks nothing like the picture, it's less of a hotel and more of a motel. Individuals are smoking in the rooms which sips through all other rooms. "The breakfast " is really coffee and granola bars. Finally the rooms are smaller than advertised, the building is quite old!!

The front des person was prompt giving us the room key, the price is all really good but that should also tell you to expect less

The room next to us was very loud. Many people in the room singing and playing loud music until the early hours of the morning. Another guest had to knock on their door to tell them to turn the volume down. We couldn't call front desk to complain because the phone in our room did not work. Also, we did not have WiFi right away; had to go to the front desk for them to re-set the room to get WiFi access.

The room was clean and comfortable. Free parking was nice. Hotel close to good restaurants. Nice, affordable place for a short family stay.

No hot water to shower. Had a musty smell. Doors to hotel were left open all night. Coffee machine wasn’t working. The property at the back part of hotel was a little sketchy.
