Ice machine on every floor didn’t work. Had to go down to first floor to ice machine. It had no drain plate on bottom. Went to breakfast this morning . Coffee was cold so were the eggs and sausage. . Won’t book Comfort inn ever again.

The parking lot was way too dark. Couldn’t access side door with key card and had to walk all the way around the building, pool was closed but not advertised, ice machine didn’t work.

Do not advertise that you have a pool when your pool has been out of service for over 6 months the whole reason we pick this hotel was that we had a pool to relax in. It should be withdrawn from booking.com that you offer a pool when you do not have one that is operational other than that the breakfast was great and the room was fine clean comfortable beds quiet convenient location.

Keys to the room failed continuously. Had to go to the front desk every time I tried to get in. Faucet in bathroom made a loud noise when using. Water fountain did not work.

Room was very comfortable and clean; it was quiet and restful; The bad part? I booked because hot breakfast was advertised and I choose Comfort Suites in part due to that. I asked when I checked in about breakfast and was told sausage/eggs, biscuits/gravy, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal and waffles. Good. Breakfast hours 6-9we went down at 7:00; waffles, yes….no bread, 2 bagels- no muffins, eggs, no sausage, no biscuits or gravy. I asked breakfast assistant who was in prep area eating herself; she did not appear to speak English. She replied, no sausage, no bread, no muffins. I went to the front desk to alert them; the clerk on duty said “yeah, we’re out and delivery truck gets here about 9:00 (breakfast over st 9:00). We were irritated and settled for a waffle and coffee. As we were finishing, I saw her bring out some muffins and bagels for the case. I husband got a muffin and I got a bagel only to find out they were both frozen. Apparently, they had some frozen and didn’t plan ahead to thaw them. Your staff at this location needs more training on planning and servicing guests. Comfort Suites has been a favorite brand in our travels but this left a very bad impression!

We were sadly disappointed BOOKING.COM did not identify the POOL was CLOSED by the Health Department with 'Mold Issues". The facility is showing it's age, and Booking.Com is responsible for making non-refundable reservations at such a facility. Booked two separate rooms. In one, the TV did not work. In the second the Microwave did not work. The staff, however, was very accommodating allowing us to use the Kitchen microwave for any needs.

The breakfast was reasonable. Bacon was served each morning, but typically under-cooked for our liking's. The Microwave in the kitchen was available to heat to the desired 'done-ness'. Waffles could be cooked in two flavors, and with two different griddles. A Texas waffle, and a 'Four Small' waffle maker.

I had to change rooms because of an issue with my security (cup just used sitting on the night stand, phones unplugged, Lamps missing light bulbs etc) and was moved to the room right across the hall. When I entered, the bed looked like it had already been sat or layed on and the pen was missing which maybe was a coincidence but the pad looked like it had been freshly written on…but I sucked it up and had a better morning than expected.

The breakfast needs to be updated with more options. The beds were hard. The rooms were stuffy and took awhile to cool off. The main reason I booked the hotel was for the indoor pool because it was spring break and I had my grandson with me. The pool was ice cold. There was no attempt made to turn the temperature up in it. The kids nor myself could swim the indoor pool was so cold. It was essentially a wasted stay and I wish I would’ve booked a different hotel.

The property was shabby. The bedding was clean, but inadequate. We made out the sofa bed, and no mattress cover was provided, or extra pillows, even after we asked for bedding. We had thin covers on the king size bed, that were not enough. The towels and wash cloths were dingy and threadbare.

It was clean. I like that they had lemon infused water. The breakfast was decent.

No AC in the fitness area, faucet handle in bathroom squeaked when you turned it on,shower knob needed a lot of force to turn off so it wouldn’t drip.

Bed was comfortable, infused water at the front desk was a nice touch, well stocked fitness area, pool and hot tub were working, breakfast was ample with a lot of variety.

The pool was closed. The overall condition of the property was sub standard. The ice maker was broken and leaking on the floor. The exterior side door, which had a sign that said it would remain locked, was broken and could be opened without even using your key. The pool was closed and appeared, moldy and murky.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
