The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Our first night, there was a lot of dampness in the room. Everything felt moist. They graciously vacuumed up the water from the air conditioner the next morning. Seems other rooms on the first floor were having the same issue as well. Second night was a lot better and more comfortable.

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and accommodating. Nice and clean hotel. Love the lighting and phone charging outlets by the bed!

Breakfast was good. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the Knoxville Convention Center. Kroger was close by.

But ship had a rip in it, in the evening construction workers came in and mud was everywhere and the evening desk never swept it up or had someone clean it up also room 214 is right next to the exit door that takes smokers out to the smoke pit it was pretty disturbing

Stayed 4 nights. 1st day, maid service did very poor job. Bed was only partially made. 2nd day room was cleaned nicely. 3rd day, room was done at all. In addition, desk staff was very not very friendly. They were not rude, they just did not interact very much with guests.

The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Notified the gentleman at the front desk. He came to our room to check and stated “well that’s as good as it’s going to get”. He offered no solution. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had an issue with the water temperature in the shower before.

Very convenient to everything. Restaurants nearby. Hospital right next door and right off the interstate.

Very clean our room was like new. We did not eat, but it looked like a very good breakfast. Only one problem, kids running in the room above us at 10:30 PM. I asked the front desk to call them and it stopped within 10 to 15 minutes. No other issues whatsoever. We would stay there again.

Better coffee Biscuits at breakfast were like rocks

At breakfast the coffee was like dishwater or too dark to drink. I mentioned it to the manager but he said it’s always like that. Carpeted floors in my room were dirty. I always do the wet rag carpet scrub test. Total black dirt on the washcloth. I expected a bigger kitchen in my suite. I asked for a first floor room because I’m handicapped and had dogs with me for the dog show. I was given a 2nd floor room way down from the elevators. Exhausting hauling my stuff up to my room 3 trips

The toilet did not get cleaned inside the bowl, the beds were not made very neatly, and I felt like the floors needed a good vacuuming.

The property was convenient for quick eats/basic shopping, the room was clean for the most part, and the staff were excellent.

Needs better AC. Wasn’t working properly. Very humid and we are used to humidity living in DC. Room seemed musty and moldy smelling. Bedding wasn’t great.

Mold in the bathroom sink and the pool area was too stuffy. Very uncomfortable, hot and couldn’t breathe with how strong the chemicals and chlorine in the pool. In need windows or a door you can open to air out the place. Very disappointing my kids weren’t able to enjoy the pool.

Loved that breakfast was included and beds were super comfortable.

Its time to change the mattresses. I slept well but the mattresses are older, at least that is my impression having slept on many hotel mattresses. . That's all I could suggest and it isn't that important.

The breakfast was good. No complaints. It's a hotel breakfast which is found in most hotels. I liked the staff. Very personal. I'd stay there again. Great location for the traveler heading north on I75.

Our room had a bit of a musty smell, the sheets were very worn & didn't give off a clean appearance. There was a loose tile in the bathroom.

The breakfast was fine, the location in relation to I-75 was very good. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and gas stations. Staff was very nice, we were overall satisfied.
