United StatesDidn't like that the facility wasn't that clean Ice machine needsf to be replace had meadow on it, my ac in my room damaged Toliet wasn't secure the carpet in the whole hotel need to be changed out stains and. germs also some of the linen needs to changed out seen stains on them. Notice smoke alarm had a paper bag sticking out of it.

CanadaDirty and old. The place has a smells old and funky walking in, the elevator carpet smells like an ashtray. There is carpet EVERYWHERE. Every lobby, the elevator and the room has old brown carpet. God knows what I’d see with a black light. My wife inspected the sheet as soon as we walked in and in the first bed there bad very tiny brown stains indicating that the sheets either weren’t washed or poorly washed. The other bed had a real treat, a pubic hair! We requested another room and it seemed better. Needless to say we slept the 6 hours we had to and bailed asap the next morning. No way we were gonna risk going in the shower. Extra bonus….the toilet seat has cigarette burnt plastic as a seat cover, and the bathroom door handle is all bonkers….barely locked properly.

United StatesFirst time staying at a comfort in that the breakfast was horrible, eggs were runny and watery, sausage patties were undercooked and cold , only 1 kind of cereal and no waffle maker like the picture showed in the reviews. The vending machines only take cash and the prices weren’t correct and the snacks that was posted. Other than that the rooms were spacious and clean .

The location was close to the convention I went to. The room was stocked daily with soap and shampoo, and the bed was made daily. The availability of USB and regular outlets was great for charging electronics

Like it used to be a smoker's room and they were just trying to mask the smell. The oldness and smells of oldness is my reason for not giving it an excellent rating.

My Queen room looked like it had recently been decorated. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. No issues with bedding either. The bathroom contained a full size bath with shower. It was all clean and in good working order. Plenty of nearly new fluffy towels too. The Hot & Cold Breakfast buffet included in the price was more than adequate. Same as Hot & Cold drinks. There are also pay for vending machines too. My room also had its own Coffee/Tea making facilities, A Fridge and Microwave. This was the perfect location also to see a few nights of concerts at the MGM National Harbour. Uber took less than 15 mins each way.

Upon. Check-in that particular night who? What's on duty? I believe her name was Maria. She needed more customer service experience she was. A little rude And thought that she was Okay but was rude Our cousin paid for the room through Expedia. And She was worried about getting the $100. Luckily I had the money on my card. Her Customer Service was bad. Not sure what was going on with her. But, but I hope it wasn't racial profiling. Because I do believe she was Spanish. I told her she don't need to be like that. She was not nice at all. She did the same thing with my other cousin. Then after that she calmed herself down just a little as I watched her Check-in. Another guest. Then we. Got to the room The t v's remote what's out In both of our rooms and we are to call To the front desk and who came up was the same rude lady. For incidentals, which didn't know we had to pay that. Luckily I had the money on my card.

United StatesThe water conservation system in the toilet hits the bowl so hard you are showered with bowl water on every flush. That this happed was unacceptable. That it was a known yet unresolved issue when I reported to the front desk was very disturbing.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. I made late request for walk-in shower. It was accommodated without issue. The room was neat clean and comfortable.
