Had to pay extra for parking, the view was non-existant (windows facing the wall) and we, 3 people, were put to one bed after a long haul flight. The A/C made a "rain to the window" sound

Walking distance to the beach and groceries like Target. The place had breakfast even though on booking it said it does not. TV had modern options like netflix, youtube. Generally in a nice and safe area of LA

It’s on bad conditions it looks a little creepy, there’s not enough parking spots, my nephew hit his head and bleed on a nightstand, the bathroom extractor sounded really loud when turned on, the experience is kind of dingy in general.

The location is good, there is hot water and spacious rooms

The breakfast was poor - some bagel and bread were in a cold box and the toaster wasn't working, no hot water jug in the breakfast room, no coffee machine, only low fat milk in a cooler box. They partially cleaned the room - in the sense, just replaced one towel for 2 guests and the rest of the room untouched , no rubbish taken out. When asked for a fresh towel, staff couldn't find one and gave us a small towel. In saying all of the above, it was OK to relax for 2 nights, as there were few restaurants and supermarkets around the corner

heater smelled soo burnt i turned it off . one long hair in the sink. between the sheets of one bed had considerable amount of sand between the sheets called management i changed with clean sheet; that was the resolve.

The Beach I could not get into the water, too dangerous and there's no shade to seat by the beach, since it was too hot. I wanted to relax by the beach I could not do this, since there's too many venders. Too far from airport.

Entertainment was fun. The PARTY pool was awesome. Port was close 15 minutes

The carpet smell by the bathroom smells like urine. And the shower knob falling off and almost landing on my foot.

The shower knob fell completely off, and being metal could have hurt my feet. Luckily, I moved quickly. The next issue in the bathroom was the sink. The facets were all very loose and moved awkwardly when I turned it off. The towels were old but clean. The next issue was the carpeting in the main room. It smelled like urine ! It kept me up. The air conditioner worked well but needs an air freshioner or something. The sheets were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room is an odd shape, and one of the windows did not have curtains. This did not bother us except that it's an east window and woke us early.

I think many of the negative reviews would have been avoided if it was a little more transparent about things like the pool being closed over winter (not normal for many travellers but quite normal in the US). It was sanitary but really could use a deep clean.

Easy check in, usual help your self breakfast, and a microwave available outside the breakfast area. It was easy to find, very inexpensive, and had everything I needed for 1 nights stay. It is an older place and some things are quite worn but you absolutely got what you payed for.
