The AC leaked water all over the floor and the Microwave didn't work. We asked for a new microwave and they told us we would have one within an hour and didn't get one until next day when we asked again..

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Didn’t have a very good selection of things for breakfast. When opened the pull out bed and pulling the top sheet and blanket back to finding food in it was annoying. The person at the front desk came and addressed the issue right away.

Breakfast lacked healthy/protein options (except for the yogurts which were of course quite sugary - suggesting a few "plain" yogurts). I was okay with climbing stairs to the second floor but the lack of an elevator should be listed on the hotel site for those with really heavy luggage.

Room and beds were comfortable, supplies adequate without needing for the room to be made up. Easy access to shopping

Had a difficult time opening the room door. Toilet seat was broken. Electrical socket comes out of the wall ( by coffee maker). Lightning is very dim in room and hallways.

Very disappointed that there were no eggs and sausage available for breakfast items. Also (not that it could be changed easily) the location of the toilet paper made it difficult to use.

Slow drain in the bathroom, extremely loud bathroom fan, hairdryer had heat but hardly any blowing, rips in the bedding and chairs in the room, dog barking in the room next to us for two mornings in a row before 6am and some shady people hanging around the front of the hotel.

This hotel is over 34 years old. The tree in the lobby is dead. The chair in my room was so full of dust and dirt I would not sit in it. There are cobwebs in the bathroom that are black because dust has continuef to gather on them. The carpet is original in the room and it should be cleaned or replaced. This is a great property in a wonderful location but needs upkeep. I cannot recommend any of my budget conscious friends or clients to stay here until rooms are throughly cleaned or upgraded.

Breakfast selection quite poor, wafles and few smal things, but at least some fruits. Bed was unconfortable, hard, squicky. Location OK, price too high for such hotel.

In the room A/C and phone were not working. They tried to fix after we complaint but it didn't help. Finally after 30 mins, they changed the room. When I asked the manager in the morning about this, his response was "That was supposed to be checked by cleaning person and said you got another room, what is your problem.". Imagine if there is no other room available. Hotel is 30 minutes from Niagara and charging same price of other hotels in Niagara itself. For that distance, price is on the higher side and they said they have breakfast. But all they just is waffle and bread.
