We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe prerequisite a handicap room. We were sent an email stating the request could be met. We arrived, checked in and the room had a TUB, not a walk in shower. I called down to the front desk. I was told that the hotel doesn't have handicap room with walk in shower. Very inconvenience.

The staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. The rooms were very clean and the mattress was so comfortable. Next time I go to this area I’ll be looking for vacancy in this hotel again.

United StatesThe only issue is that evidently other guests were smoking pot in the parking lot and we could smell it in the hallways at times. This is an unfortunate reflection of Michigan right now since it was legalized, not sure how to curtail this, but we did get cigarette smoking out of restaurants and hotels so hoping this will change.
Great facility, can't believe how inexpensive it was. Clean and comfortable.

United StatesThe room we were in was next to the maintenance/housekeeping closet. So we kept being awaken by loud noises not sure if it was a boiler or what. Then as the housekeepers came in the door was continuously opening and closing.

United StatesHotel is dated and could use some upgrading (but still good for price) and the elevator was not working which made going to and from rooms tough since we were on 3rd floor. I was told it should be replaced in April. Some parts of parking lot need repaved and potholes filled in. Need towels in pool area and more seating in pool room also as there is only a handful of chairs and tables. Even with all this, I’d recommend staying again and we will stay again at our next trip to Lansing area also.
Rooms were a great value for the price and location is perfect for those wanting to be on west side of Lansing (extremely close to Horrocks for a must see visit). Breakfast bar was well stocked, large pool and hot tub to relax in. I do recommend towels be brought to pool yourself because they were not stocked. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful (don’t recall her name but she was great and checked us both in and out. One of our rooms was the 1 bedroom suite and it is extremely spacious and includes 2 tvs so visitors can enjoy seperate shows. Parking lot was full and offered ample parking, easy to get in and out and close to lots of shopping and dining options.
