Breakfast was too crowded. Need more seating and more room to get food. The room was clean except for the bench next to the tv stand it had black spots on it that came off with a clorox wipe. I think it was grease. The shower head was partially clogged from hard water deposits and no matter what setting it was adjusted to it was the same spray. Tub was horribly slippery. Tub needs tub mat or anti slip strips on bottom of tub.
Close to Doylestown. Super quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of seating options. Roomy. Clean room and sheets. Lots of towels and washcloths. A/C worked perfect.Tub. Good size refrigerator.

I believe it could have thrived with a pool and the area is beautiful enough for it!

Took until the third room to find one that was adequate, but staff were helpful. Do not like the showerhead. The television channels were at a minimum, and the screen and color were pitiful. The bed was too firm for me.
Room felt big, liked the hard wood floor instead of carpet, nice windows to let light in, like the curved shower rod for more space, and the included shampoo and body wash actually in the shower on the wall, and lotion by the sink, was also a nice touch. I also liked the tall lamp in the corner of the room

Needs a little update. Lots traffic noise on the road side of the hotel.

1. The room was not made up until the last day of our 6 day stay, even though I asked several times for housekeeping service. 2. The safe was locked when we arrived and we couldn't get into it to use it. I asked for someone to open it 3 times and that never got done. The charge for the safe was taken off our bill when we checked out, but it was minimal anyway. 3. The bed was less comfortable than what we remembered from previous stays, but it was OK. 4. The toilet was terribly low as if it were made for children.
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past when it was Days Inn. Returning to the area after some 5 years we chose the same hotel even though it is under new management. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good for a hotel in this price range.

The room door didn't shut properly, the paint was peeling in the bathroom and at some places along the ceiling. The noise from the hallway; quite echo-y. The bed was acutely uncomfortable. Perhaps it needed a new mattress or to be rotated.
The location was good. The breakfast variety was good, and the room was recently renovated.

Only disappointing is that I found a small roach in my room, and my partner outside the room. Didn’t compliant it was only one, and I got rid of it. I will not be coming back for that reason.

The only thing That comes to mind was the smell in the hallways, some air fresheners would be awesome. The room did not smell, just the hallway.
Since I’m trying to save money I liked the price. I also liked the breakfast. I liked that the Desk clerk was especially understanding and helpful when I had an issue. I’ve already stayed here twice, I will definitely be staying again.

There was a smell in my room I had to go out and by Lysol fragrance spray. The bed had a dip in it, which messed my back up

I wish it had more breakfast options but I did like a few things that they provided before checking out.
I liked that my room has the fridge and other facilities that I required during my stay. It was close to shops and restaurants in the area and was a short trip away from Hersheys Theme Park.

Rates could be a little more up-front. There were some unexpected "fees", but we were able to work it out.
Clean, stocked rooms, comfortable beds, and all essentials (microwave, refrigerator, working AC). This isn't a "luxury" hotel, but it's functional, tidy, and friendly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! No complaints; it was exactly what we needed/expected. Bonus: No smoking permitted in building!
