I requested to pay cash when I checked in at 7pm or so. I was informed that I could not do so at that time, but I could in the morning, and that a note would be put in our file so the credit card would not be charged. However, the next morning, I was informed there was no note and that our card had been charged. It was disappointing.

Booking offered 2 kings, I was told that wasn't a thing at the hotel. But that's what was on the site when I booked. About 20 industrial size staples were found on the ground by my 5 year old. Breakfast should've been offered until 10am, not 9am.

Right off interstate. Decent price for 2 nights. Breakfast provided. Bed comfy.

Breakfast was not what I expected. It wasn’t appealing to me: no bagel, no cream cheese & no cafeteria personnel on site. Compared to Comfort Inn & Suites in Lumberton where I stayed the night before, Comfort Inn’s breakfast is low quality.

The location was good. Parking was great. The place was quiet & very clean. The bed and pillows were excellent.

Gym was deplorable. 3 old machines. Elliptical was rusted and non working. There was mold and stains in the bathroom shower.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was clear it had been refurbished but done nicely. In the morning at breakfast my whole attitude regarding this stay changed. We walked into the breakfast area to see several staffers lounging on a couch each with cups of coffee and scrolling on their phones, one had her feet up on the coffee table which had a spray bottle of cleaner and rag on top of it. The worn tables had not been cleaned and the floor was like a landline field of eggs and other food. We had to navigate where we walked and clean our table. The powdered eggs were disgusting and the coffee machine offered remnants of old coffee. Other staffers prepared breakfast plates and placed them on their cleaning carts as they left to start work. It’s wonderful that they can partake of breakfast but give them a break room where they can sit and eat. And who ever maintains the breakfast area should do just that. And learn how to make eggs and keep the coffee machine filled. Perhaps flush it regularly.

The receptionist when we arrived was outstanding, kind and fun to interact with me.

We thought the room was clean, but we found out just before we checked out, that there was a tray of wasted food, placed on top of the cabinet, probably left by previous guest. It was really bad. Suggest that cleaning staff do more thorough inspection.

We checked in past midnight. We made reservations in advance, the front desk made it easier. Very friendly.
