It was hard to sleep at night. People slammed doors and kept up noise all throughout the night. You could hear people's conversations through the walls. I woke up with a bite on me as well.

The room doesn’t feel clean. Carpet needs to be vacuum and the refrigerator needs to be clean. Found two roaches in the refrigerator.

The location is great. Couple stores across the road that I can grab some snacks.

The bathtub was really dirty and there was a large stain on the Kurtains. The toilet was clogged when I first got to the room.

The breakfast was good. The homemade waffles were very good.

The woman I spoke to at the counter upon check-in was very abrupt (bordering abrasive). There was no friendly smile to greet you as you walked in or throughout the entire check-in process. The temperature throughout the entire building was grossly hot. Luckily, the temperature in the individual rooms could be adjusted to a personal comfort level. The room felt a bit dirty; the comforter was stained, and there were patches on the walls. The TV in my room did not work initially & after my interaction with the desk clerk, I was not talking to her again about anything, I eventually managed to fix it myself by adjusting the things plugged into the power strip. The breakfast offered in the morning was limited, but not terrible. There were signs everywhere that food needed to remain & be eaten in the breakfast area, but there wasn't enough seating, if a customer wishes to eat in their room, they should be allowed to do so. At check out, I was mostly ignored and did not receive a final receipt when I handed in the room keys.

The property wasn’t very clean and there were scratches and dings on doors and dressers in the room. There was always trash by the ice machine. The ice machine didn’t work. The bedding was a bit stained too.

The noise of music and loud sounds coming from the adjacent room is disturbing. The receptionist isn't decent either. This place doesn't feel like a hotel but rather a motel. Given its price, you can find a good hotel

Room had a stinky smell. Had to spray perfume multiple times because it had a strong bad odor smell as soon as we walked in.

My bathroom needed to be moped, there was like a film on the floor. Definitely did my own cleaning in the room when we first arrived. There was also a cross/ “x” scratched into our mirror.

I asked them in advance to arrange the airport shuttle after 1:00 am. They did not do it and I had to pay USD 75 for a taxi to arrive at the property around 3:30 and still, I had to check out at 11:00.

The breakfast time had finished half hour ago, but they still allowed me to enter the breakfast room to pick up some food from the buffet. They safely kept my luggage during the day.

Need more upgrading, looks abit old. Some refurbished in room cheering will be good. ---Minus : Coffee Maker was dirty (very dusty).

Approachable staff, Fast check-in. Breakfast was very basic. Location was good, near Woodfield Mall & Target Hypermarket.

The breakfast was very poor, and the breakfast area was very dirty, no one was there to clean up spills, not enough choices and we were there at 7:30 am. Usually someone is in the area to replenish and tidy up, but not in this facility, I would not stay there again. Staff gave us a room where the door was not working with the room key and we had to go downstairs to find out that this door was broken and they knew this but still assigned us the room.
