How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I had called the quality inn line before booking to see what breakfast included. They mentioned eggs and sausage which were not available at this location. That was one of my reasons for picking this location.

This is a contractor motel, meaning electrical and gas line crews bed here, therefore expect lots of trucks in the parking lot. The room is older, but was clean and spacious and quiet. Breakfast was typical and of note was how helpful the main manager was during our stay. At breakfast most of the offerings were gone due to said contractors. He then proceeded to go to the local grocery store and returned with milk, bananas and yogurt. What a nice touch. Price was reasonable compared to the competition.

Had issues trying to use the TV. Couldn’t get it to work properly. Had to unplug the entire system to try to get it to work. The shower needs some type of handle or bar in it. It was very slippery. There was no traction and nothing to hold on to. There was hardly anything for breakfast and we were there earlier. Didn’t know how to work the waffle machine so didn’t try it.

We stayed in a king suite, the mattress was extremely firm and the pillows did seem a bit small. I wish they had more options for breakfast.
The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

We spent one night on a road trip to visit some colleges in western NYS, and the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The common areas and the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the free breakfast was decent and the folks working there were super nice.

This was a great location for going to our favorite restaurant in Bradford and some of the other things we had planned.
Other then the front desk not being able to find our reservation everything else was fine. The room was clean, but we had a king size bed and there were four tiny pillows on it. We had to put two together to make one normal size pillow.

The breakfast induces a lot of waste, it is quite sad. I could here very clearly a customer upstairs who was very loud while walking a lot in his room very late and very early too.

Very noisy A/C in our room
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good and exceeded my expectations (as I was not expecting a hot breakfast). Our room was bigger than expected. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was arguing with each each other a little bit - maybe keep that behind closed doors. The biscuits and sausage gravy was amazing - but only there one day. The coffee was undrinkable. It was weird to go to the local YMCA for pool usage, however, if you can tote your family there, it was a very nice pool.
The parking lot was easy access, and the breakfast was really good. The staff was nice. The lobby was spacious and had nice seating. It was easy to gt around town from the hotel.
