United StatesBlack mold in the shower. Toilet constantly ran and dripped unless you went back in later and wiggled the handle. Carpet in the stairwell is really dirty. The waffle bar was awful. no whipped, cream no nuts,no fresh fruit, or chocolate chips, nothing but syrup and jelly, but I don’t know who puts jelly on waffles.
It was close to Memorial Park. air conditioner ran great. Staff was friendly.

United StatesThe hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, but almost every time I went to the front desk, it was left unattended. I had to wait a bit for someone to show up. There is no way to let someone know you're at the desk. The hot tub is still broken, We stayed here back in October 2024, and the hot tub was broken at that time too. All in all, I would stay again.

United StatesThe hot tub was broken. In the elevator, one of the handrails was missing and part of the laminate floor has popped up so it was resecured poorly with what looked like masking tape. The tape was of course very dirty. It was a bad look overall for something most guests experience at least twice a day. Also the corners of the shower by the glass doors were super gunky with what looked like red mold.

United StatesBreakfast was just okay. It seems like it's usually better at other Comfort Inns. The hotel is a bit on the older side and was evident in the AC units being louder and was just somewhat dingy. The pool has also seen better days, but it still got the job done and the kids were happy. The staff did the best they could given that a massive storm had blown through the area a few days previously. It did seem like they were short staffed, but I know many people in the area were still without power when we visited.
Room size was great, and the location close to Crystal Bridges was the best part.
