The overall condition of the hotel is questionable. Shower worked, if just barely, and drained incredibly slow.

The staff was pleasant, and check-in and check-out were easy.

I really wish the pool and the exercise room were open and available.

We have stayed at this hotel for a total of 25 nights for work. The staff is always extremely pleasant and engaging. Dwayne is an excellent manager and really cares about the experience of his guests.

The unit I had stayed in was not very clean. It had a smell of dog and had found dog hair as well as dog food in the corner of the room. The carpet itself didn’t look very clean nor did the bathroom. As a housekeeper out of state I was fairly disappointed. I never received any service.

Nice shower. The rooms need some upgrading, but you can’t expect perfection for the price. I wish there was a full length mirror in the room. Pool and hot tub were closed, which was disappointing.

Shower stall tile could use a deep cleaning. Air conditioner didn’t cool the room, breakfast offering would have benefited from a few more items (whole grain bread, hard boiled eggs). It is nearly imposture left out of the single exit from the parking lot.

Poor breakfast. Food was gone by 9:30. Was cold Shower didn't have a door leaked all over the floor. No towel holders in the bathroom. Messed up our check in .wanted a receipt at check out but was messed u. Morning person was able to straighten it out

Shuttle service was not available.

I booked this place to have a shuttle to the airport but when we arrived they told us their van driver was out on vacation and shuttle was not available. I would have gone elsewhere had I known this. However the location was fair and close to places to eat that were walking distance.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged. It couldn’t withstand more than two minutes of showering. Staff seemed possibly aware of this when mentioned??? My Kid was set on swimming. I didn’t realize pool was unavailable. Maybe it was the 3rd party booking’s fault, but I still wish a universe where that info is clearly stated.

We could see it was under staffed and under construction. I do not wish this review to reflect on that. Our room was nice and quiet. Clean. Adequate. A good price. Staff was friendly and did what they could.

There was no television in the bedroom area. I was really hoping to watch TV in bed.

The lady at the counter was just amazing and kind. Loved their breakfast bar. Everything was clean and tidy.

Bathroom could do with some small touchups that would make a big difference (eg. rough baseboards). Pool and gym were closed for some reason. If your rate include breakfast, the buffet should be fully stocked until the end of the specified time period.

The room was hot and couldn't seem to control the heat. No matter what temp control was at, it was hot. It was unfortunate that the pool and spa area were closed, otherwise I would rate it good value for your money.

Room and bathroom were clean; Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast buffet.

this site on booking states 24 hour shuttle to the airport, when I inquired on it at the time of checking in, was told they haven’t done that since Covid, I had to call 4 taxi companies to get a ride at 4:30am to catch my flight. the desk clerks response was, you can go to the Holiday inn, it’s right across from the airport so you can walk. I didn’t want to pay 200$ for the night given I would be in the room less than 12 hours. I believe the Comfort Inn is responsible for making sure the booking site has up to date information, all he said was your right that’s what it says. No offer to even discount the room after having to call so many taxi companies to find one avail to take me. Uber has an agreement, they won’t go to the airport. it was a hassle and last minute stress that was not needed.

The room was listed as “accessible” which clearly means a wheelchair can access the suite through all doors. The bathroom door was too narrow. There were no bars to hold to get into the shower and the reception worker brought an extra long bench which filled the shower stall and could not be used. When I asked him about the accessible listing he said it was considered accessible because it was on the ground floor. This needs to be sorted out before I book at this hotel again.

There was no mention of the breakfast hours on check-in which resulted in our inability to take advantage of this service. We were 10 min too late.

Daytime staff and management are standoffish and rude. Asked for additional towels due to the shower leaking water to the floor and I was told to come down and get them myself. The rooms are slap together messes (tv wasn't hooked up, shower curtan was thown up with an unsecured rod that fell and hit me, new plastics left on everything). The smells from renovations made us legitimately ill to the stomach. Our shower leaked water all over the floor and we found blood on the newly installed mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel is under renovation so some of the upgrades in the rooms have the potential to be very nice... once done.
