Bad location, too much noise from the highway. Also, I could not get a receipt for my stay.. I was told that since I went through a 3rd party app, they could not print or email me a receipt. I did not have this problem with my stay at Best Western

It was no fault of the property. But the homeless situation in the area is quite bad. I never saw any on property, which was very nice.

welli would seem that the Hotel owners, had strict rules for front desk staff. One of the staffers was from Jamaica. I met her at the front desk. And we talked about her journey to america. Well the next day i saw her in the hall, when she was off the clock. But the poor girl was scared to death to tak to me. Infact, when we were both down stairs for breakfst, i believe she was trying to whisper to me, that she was not allowed to tralk to guest when she was off duty. So i am hoping that the employees are not under some sort of indenured servitude, working without salray but to work for a place to live and eat meals. I have seen this type of thing in resorts and hotels. I am sure the hotel was owned by indians from india. .. I pray they aer not exploiting these ladies from Jamaca. Have a nice day.

The room was musty as we were right by the indoor pool. the ceiling was stained in the shower, possibly with mold. There were empty beer cans on top of the vending machines right outside our room. The desk attendant when we checked in didn’t want to give us extra towels. He said we wouldn’t need them because there would be 6 in our room. In fact there were 4. We traded in dirty towels at the front desk the next night with a different attendant. The parking spaces are too narrow. There was some deferred maintenance in our room.

The only thing I can think of I didn't like is that the person at the front desk wasn't very welcoming but not mean either.

I needed a hotel within a certain budget for me and my family. I read the reviews on the hotel and gave it a try, although I was worried I was gonna experience the, "You get what you pay for," but it was on the contrary. The room was clean and the beds were just fine. I was very happy to find that the bathroom was clean, neat, and plenty of towels. The a/c worked great as well.

Location like many in the area is directly off of the very busy road. Not possible to not have a noisy room.

The beds are ancient. Unbelievable that the mattress are in such horrible shape. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine.

Room was dirt still has waterbottles under bed,being 4th for supper hot a/c on up grades as max speed slowly, ice machine all day on 1st for and coffee dispenser in the rr? What didn't even want to touch that parking difficult, Especially rachet area so you can have a cam on your vehicle during stay. Outside end guest door no working card reader. Over priced for this comfort inn run by Arabs of course .
