Key cards didn’t work properly, pool was NOT heated. Pool also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hot tub was out of order. Room ac unit didn’t work properly and the room was completely hot.

We liked that it was very close to stores and restaurants.

Rooms are super outdated kinda felt like something out of the 80’s but room was clean and good water pressure, Ac window units could use some work, caution tape in a lot of places the jacuzzi was not working and the pool is cold, also coming back to the room there was homeless people digging in the trash cans outside which was kinda uncomfortable

Staff was really nice, room service was daily which was nice, decent breakfast, couple different cereals, eggs and bacon and waffles (you make them) and assorted breads like bagels

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. Obviously, the hotel is somewhat dated and there are some repairs needed, chipped doors, paint, but overall, our stay was good, comfortable and nice and quiet. Staff is very pleasant.

All the trash cans around the hotel were full and trash was all over on the ground and around the hotel. We came there specifically for the hot tub but it was broken and closed so it was too cold to swim in the swimming pool that was freezing water

The gal that greeted us at the front desk was very nice. The price of the room with the AAA discount was fantastic.

The walls seems to be very thin. You can hear people talking or walking down the halls, next doors, or even upstairs. The bed frame seems to keep hitting the wall behind it, and the bed seems to be making a lot of noise while trying to get on the bed or just by simply trying to lay down on the bed. The sink right by the door was quite a weird angle.

The staff were nice and friendly. It was pretty clean for an older built inn. The free breakfasts included for the morning was a total plus.

The mattress on the sofa bed needed to be replaced (like every other hotel it seems). There were unknown stains (probably what you can assume) on the bottom of the mattress but it did have clean sheets unlike many hotels we have stayed at.

The kitchenette queen suite was a life saver for our little family for washing bottles and having a place for our 4 year old to sit and eat. It was very spacious and helped us stay organized.

The beds were uncomfortable and the key cards kept having issues so I'd have to get them reset.

The breakfast was really good. I really liked all of the kitchen utensils and appliances provided in the kitchenette suite. I also rarely heard anyone else in the other rooms despite the hotel being booked for part of my stay. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful with any issues I had.

Hallways had an order, elevator was still broken, rooms were really outdated, paint was chipping and visible wear to the walls. Really needs a remodel.

The room were good although really outdated, the beds were good and the Air conditioner worked. It was close in proximity to food services and a grocery store, it was also close to Solvang and San Diego., the pool was nice and open late.

While the amenities were generally good, some parts definitely needed work while we stayed there; one elevator was out of service and one skywalk between the buildings was closed. Also, some of the Northern rooms are very dark (hence, we changed our initial room).

A clean property nicely located on the outskirts of Lompoc in close distance to various lunch and dinner options. Ideal if you plan to witness a rocket launch from the nearby Space Force Base. Decent breakfast is included with each stay and the staff is very kind. Overall a good place to book.

Our room was opposite the corridor vending machine, which was noisy all night. The room/corridors need upgrading, furniture, and decor was worn off and out of date. The staff weren't particularly friendly-neutral, I would say. Also, there was a photo copy of my bank card taken at checking in - I wasn't happy about that at all. It might be an old fashioned routine but having such details on paper record, I must say surprised me. I hope it is destroyed. It wasn't worth the price I paid.

The staff was very polite. The room was clean, but the hotel is dated and is in need of major improvement and modernization. It did have the amenities that we like, in room and breakfast included.
