The front desk staff was very rude and short with their responses and had a sign if checking out have a cash deposit wait for cash deposit gentleman at the counter said sign is old we don't take cash deposits anymore and still left it there

Our 2-year-old daughter is highly allergic to mosquitoes and swells up with one bite, so the inside pool was awesome it was a salt pool. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage links, and toast cold cereal to. Housekeeping was awesome worked hard kept Everything clean towels changed out now I know why the hotel is so clean because it's not the front desk people

Carpet hadn't been cleaned, bathroom had hair on bathtub. The bathtub was painted and very slippery.

I can admit that it was clean. The location was good and not that far from downtown. I absolutely loved the double full length mirror in the room! The room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Very affordable as well! I would stay again

Their freezing water in their indoor swimming pool. Next time I will book some where else where they cN offer heated swimming pool. I look forward for my swimming pool at all stays.

Only their room and the location. But, Their indoor pool their water was extremely freezing. It could get any child and adult sick. Could catch the ammonia. Very disappointed with their swimming pool.

Food found underneath the chair by the bed the ice bucket had mold on plastic rim smoke detector went off at 4 am called front desk no one came called again moved us downstairs used the toilet and got clogged the pool needs maintenance looks worn down and too hot in there

The air conditioner was horrible, I almost asked to be put in a different room but we had so much going on (my mom ended up passing away) we just slept and got up and were gone at the hospital (UTSA) the whole time . There's no snack or drink machines, they had a few very expensive drinks and snacks by the front desk but they only accepted cash. The breakfast was all cold and cereal was stale. I wouldn't stay there again I should've known cuz it was super cheap. U get what u pay for!!

I chose this location cuz it was next door to an IHOP,a bill miller, and it was close to the hospital my mom was in.

Elevator needs some repair. Housekeeping staff only speaks Spanish and difficult to communicate with them for requesting making room or asking for additional bathroom supplies. They have missed making our room on one occasion with reasoning that there were no additional staff on the day.

Nice room. This is my second visit to the place. Close to IHop and safe parking space. Beds are comfortable. Nice shower facility. Good breakfast.

The receptionist only said we could get 3 towels for a family of 6 isn't good. When we arrived our AC wasn't working told someone would be by to check told we couldn't change rooms but they would change our AC. Wasn't even notified it was done. Then the guy at the front desk was so rude. And smelled a lot like weed!!
