But the room next to us was used as a chill room for the staff at night with very very loud tv all night. I could hear them opening cans. Knocked on the door but no response. Next day when we asked about it they said nobody was there. But I saw that person leaving that room! Just lying in my face.

They gave me a room that wasn’t clean and somebody had smoked in. Staff at duty was friendly and gave me a new one. Thnx for that!!

The refrigerator didn’t work!! It had an ice build up in the back of the refrigerator and was leaking on the TILE floor - we put a towel down to absorb the water told staff they acted like um ok - the refrigerator also rocked like it wasn’t balanced told staff all of this - we were worried about the slip and fall hazard they acted like they didn’t care - didn’t appreciate it - wish they would have treated us better

The hotel clerk when we checked in was amazing she had fresh baked cookies when we checked in - absolutely awesome - room was good, bed was comfy

The two ladies that I encountered at the front desk were both talking on their personal phone every time I needed to make contact with them. At one point I had to go get the night shift lady employee from outside the building to ask her for towels because she was talking on the phone outside and didn’t see us standing at the front desk.

The remodeled location exceeded expectations.

The rooms were not very clean. Hairs in the bathroom on the counters, sinks, tubs and even the towels. Hairs on the beds. Trash under the bed and sofa bed. Ripped carpets. Dirty carpet and tile, visibly. Odor on the entire floor. The pool was green!!! The breakfast had a score of C. It was just overall not very clean.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

Kept running out of food and floor in one of the rooms was quite slippery.

Convenient and clean they were so close to the best stores and restaurants. Literally in walking distance.

Hotel was dated, first room, sheets on the bed were dirty. They did give us another room and it was clean. The hotel needs some refresh carpets torn in the room and over all just older. Staff was pleasant

The swimming pool was not heated, the water was freezing and that was a bummer.

I was first sceptical due to the multiple reviews I have read in regards to bed bugs in this hotel. I double checked the room before bringing in our luggage. We did not find any bed bugs. Our room was clean and smelled nice. Location is safe and close to restaurants, Walmart etc. We very much enjoyed the hot breakfast!

The air conditioner wasn't keeping the room cold at all. When I first entered the room it smelled a little musty. I sprayed some air freshener and it took the smell away.

The bathroom was moldy. No hairdryer. Towels were tissue thin and small. Unidentifiable stuff on the wall. No cups for coffee.

Rooms are quite dark unless you open the curtains blinds. With the sun coming in quite strong, couldn't leave the blinds open. Room could do with more lighting

The loud the guest ,kids running down the hall. Guest loud talking Most of all, the tv didn't have any channels. All of them were blocked, and that will be the reason I want to be back. Maybe less than 10 channels. Sorry, I will not be back, and they ran out of breakfast. I had to go and buy breakfast and didn't have a good selection.

I don’t like that if you reserve a room for 2 people there is only one set of towels in the room you have to call down to get another set they may bring another set up or they may not, never been in a hotel where there is only one set of towels when you check in. Need to get better with that!

I like that other property was close to everything, it had an indoor pool, it was clean and convenient.
