Two of doors to outside were broken and could not latch. Anyone at anytime could enter. The lights in stairwells were put making it dark. A couple bulbs in room were out and made if difficult to see. The grate on ice machine needed repaired. Stairwells were dirty and not vacuumed the entire 4 days I was there. The TV did not work.

I did not like the fact that the desk person would not speak loud enough for me to hear him (I do have hearing issues but my spouse couldn't hear/understand him very well either). He zoomed thru everything like you've done this a million times and sign this, sign this (I rarely travel so this was all a new experience for me). Also the room TV did not work at all. He did offer to transfer us to another room but we were to tired and exhausted to move all our stuff again.

This hotel is in a great location for my needs. It is very clean and the room was very large and comfortable.

I would say some of the upgrades may have been a little shoddy, like the seals in the shower, and the tiles. But, when you are just staying for a night or two, it really is not a big deal. The couch in the room was old, but we didn't need it.

The room was huge, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! We went to an OU game, and this hotel is a very easy 20-25 minute drive from the stadium, there is a casino right across the street (if that is your thing), and restaurants in OK city were like 10 minutes away. For this being a one night stay we were very happy with the location. You can tell the hotel is older but has had some remodels. We got into the room and it was HUGE, they could have easily fit another king bed in there and easily had some dancing room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well as the temp of the water got super hot. The seal was not that great, so we did have to use extra towels on the floor... but honestly for one night, it was not a big deal. There is a loved and dunkin right across the street for gas and some treats. The breakfast was decent, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, pretty much the norm. It was all yummy. The hotel smelt clean and we were comfortable with our stay

Elevators were nasty as far as doors and walls and carpet,tables in lobby needed a good cleaning,a table in our room would have been nice.

I always ask for a wake-up call as a back-up when traveling alone. Wake up calls are not automated in this facility to front desk was called to set. While I didn't need it--the call never came. Corners of shower could have used some bleach. The approach/exit/entrance to the parking lot are incredibly rough--even hazardous. While parking lot was fine, getting in and out of the lot and onto a main road (Main or side road) was not.

Breakfast was fine--great that you had mandarin oranges! Sausage patties were also pretty good. Room was comfortable and water pressure was decent in the shower.

Both elevators were scary. It seemed like a lot of people that weren’t staying at the hotel came in just to get breakfast which felt weird.

We were visiting family with a 4 month old and it was a great place to do that. The living room space made it possible to have people over when it was more convenient to have them come to us.

No towel bars in the bathroom. Our A/C unit was unplugged and couldn’t use at first.
