Microwave door was broken so couldn’t use it. And it had a piss smell.Lights went out do to the storm. When lights go out so do the water.

I love the master bathroom.

The road to the cabin was really small. Definitely one vehicle up or down the mountain at a time. The first night we arrived the primary route half way up was really steep and we almost wasn't able to make it. The hot tub repair guys were there when we arrived and told us to take the longer route as it wasn't as steep, and that really helped.

The cabin wss really nice. Clean, and roomy. All amenities were easy to work and use.

It was a steep climb to this location (which is to be expected in the mountains). Potholes in the road were causing other vehicles issues. There were no chlorine tablets in the bobber for the sanitation of the hot tub. By our second day it had an odor and we just chose not to use it.

The cabin was up to date and clean. We enjoyed shooting pool in the gameroom and sitting by the gas fireplace in the living room. It was close to all of the attractions and easy access to Gatlinburg.

The $300 cleaning fee is too much. The road to the cabin was very steep with big holes in need of repair. Terrible

The thermostat resetting to 50 every night. We were freezing every morning. The road to it is tricky - in bad weather it would be impossible.

secluded - everything worked as it should - pretty views just far enough away from the other cabins for some privacy

The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms had enough towels, big and confortable. Patio has enough chairs for everybody, fire pit is a plus.

The road up to the cabin was a bit dicey. So just be prepared.

Beautiful cabin in the woods with all the comforts of home! Neighbors were far enough away to feel secluded but still just a short drive to the strip.

Slightly disappointed about the pool table, (balls would fall on the floor because the pockets were damaged (scared the heck out of us) there was no chalk for pool sticks and my husband was slightly disappointed about that and how worn the pool table was but other than that it is a very good stay for us! Thanks.

Seclusion was just what we were seeking, you guys nailed it! Clean, spacious enough for myself and husband!

There are a few things we didn't like. We understood that it would be an uphill climb to get to the cabin; however, the road was in very bad shape. The climb would have been easier had it not been for the bad potholes that we had to crawl through while trying to still maintain traction. The flooring in the kitchen area was not clean. I stuck to the floor whenever I was putting away groceries and drinks in the refrigerator. And it wasn't just one little spot of a drink spill. It was several. Another issue was the fireplace. Turns out the propane tank was empty. It was going to be several days before it would be refilled. So no cozy fireplace for us during our stay. The couch and loveseat were older and had obviously been used a lot over the course of time. They didn't look "worn" but were very hard and uncomfortable. It was too difficult to figure out the remote to the TV, so we gave up on that since we only turned on the tv over breakfast and late at night after coming in. In regards to the fireplace, when we reported it we were told there would be some compensation for that inconvenience. The individual we communicated with regarding the fireplace was pleasant and did seem concerned. But he wasn't able to make it right.

We liked the solitude of it being in a secluded area, and we liked the hot tub. The cabin had a nice deck on the back.
