It was not quite clean in the room, also some things did not age as gracefully as the elevator (like chairs that I'd not sit on).

The view was magnificent, the receptionist was very nice. I also kind of liked the dated elevator - despite being too slow it has it's own charm.

The tub was a jacuzzi, however there was a piece broken so we just opted for showers. The resort fee should be something that is shown up front and given the ability to be paid when making payments in full, by or on the payment due date. Same with the deposit for the stay.

The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Being on the floor with the pool was also a plus. Everything within the hotel was easy to find.

This was the 2nd time I personally stayed. I love the location and amenities. This time I was a little shocked that the couch bed (in this room) was extremely outdated and uncomfortable, but we made it work. The hot water and pressure lagged, only later to find out when we were checking out that we were on the opposite side of the boiler and water had to be ran for 10-15 mins for hot water, I recommend a sign or notice in the rooms stating. My friends and I went to the hot tub where we were greeted by a young boy who was about 2nd grade level age, whose mom was nowhere (was told by other occupants she was running back and forth). The young boy proceeded to sit in the hot tub, continuously saying he was peeing, then laughed. He proceeded to sit on almost everyone in the tub and squeezed his way in between my friend and I. When I kindly told him he was in my personal space, he told me he didn't care and put his feet on us and laughed. He ended up kicking a young girl who was there and pushed another boy. His brother about 15-16 was swimming in the pool, oblivious of what was going on. The mom seemed to know the people who work at the hotel, but doesn't make it right to leave your child unattended in a pool with family and friends just trying to enjoy their time away from home.

The balcony was too small, and you could not sit out on it. The television has few channel choices and there were no available sport channels at the time.

I liked the room view from the balcony. I liked the bathroom lights. I liked the proximity to entertainment near the hotel. The size of the room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The small kitchen area had amenities to be able to use if needed. The pool area was clean and nice.

The hallways and lobby are very hot and the check in process was super slow with only one person working during check in. The floors in the room were dirty.

The rooms were a lot nicer than expected. Great views and the balcony was nice. The bathroom was huge.

Location at the property was beautiful right off 90. The staff was wonderful very helpful. Let me check in at 19 big shoot out to the lady that help me at the front desk. Let me check in early and check into the hotel in general.

81 degrees in our room hotel not using a/c in building but using heat on an 81 degrees outside extremely hot in room but was provided a fan also no screen door on deck doors other than that nice room
