The check in takes longer than necessary and the office has moved down to the bar area. It is made clear with signs but had many guests confused upon arrival.

Property is nice and the amenities are great. Location is perfect and quiet.

Since it’s a rental with kitchens, having some condiments like salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo packets would have been nice. Few are there long enough to warrant buying them but most do eat at in the room some of the time.

The studio location was very noisy due to traffic. The kitchen could use teaspoons to add to the rest of the silverware

Elevator in one of the buildings was broke the entire stay, 4 days. Would not come to lower floor, so you had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. They should’ve had that fixed ASAP. There was no comforter on the beds. One thin sheet and one thicker sheet and that’s all. There was a gross comfort like blanket in the closet that was tore up and stained. Upstairs was hot while lower level was cold.

Spacious 2 bdrm apartment. Pools were nice. Staff had donuts for guests in morning, free Super Bowl party with food.

It would have been great to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door so you could hang clothes while taking a bath. Also the shower curtain did not cover the opening of the tub. I was concerned about water getting out of the tub area. This would be an easy fix to add a shower curtain that covered the tub area. We were in unit 406 so not sure all rooms have this same challenge.

I appreciated the clean facility and the quiet area. This resort is away from the noisy "old town" and all the facilities were great. The bar was not open which was unfortunate but we still had a great time. We rented a golf cart and were able to get around and go anywhere in Key West. If you can drive a moped, that is the way to go since you will not have to pay to park. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were in a studio and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely return again to this resort.

The bar was now closed. Wish they could staff that with a perfect fit. My sink was leaking in the kitchen. Some mold in the bathrooms and no bath soap in my room. Oh and more blankets for all the beds.

Love having a boat dock to park a boat. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Love the pool.

Gumbos was closed which is a shame so we didn't really use.

2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Location good. Pools were really nice if a bit warm. Loved seeing the wildlife by the pool.

I didn’t like that our room was in a hallway with a wall in front of it, mosquitoes in that area. I tried to get it changed and they said we’re so sorry but - we can’t.

The lady named “Gray” at the counter told us it was $2 a bottle for water. The following day another lady charged us $1. I felt as though Gray pocketed the money, but other than that, it was good.

Some of the soaps and PH accessories were not all available. That was a little disappointing.

Could definitely use some updating and couldn’t use the pool because it wasn’t heated. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it as well.

No bathroom on main floor of apartment. Jets in poolside hot tub were so weak they were useless. We were always able to find parking space but I sometimes far from our unit. Designated parking by unit would have been nice. Noise from air conditioners was so loud it made sitting on balcony impossible to enjoy. Kitchen was devoid of supplies, ie salt and pepper, paper napkins, teakettle, anything thoughtful. No smart TV in 2024.

The pool and hot tub, Gumbo’s dockside tables and chairs, spacious apartment. Reliable WiFi. Good towels. Convenient (by car) to Croissants de France Bakery and The Docksis on Stock Island.
