Even though I said breakfast was included, it was not apparently still due to Covid concerns? Also bathroom super small and even though it was a non-smoking room, you could tell people that smoked in it and what looked to be a smoke detector on the ceiling was covered with a sock.

clean comfortable only needed for a one night stay over after a concert. check-in staff was friendly, and even though the hotel looked booked to capacity, it was very quiet. Located close to a lot of stores, shops, restaurants.

Noisy location at intersection of two busy roads. Room was clean, though not in good repair. Obviously older property. Stains on bedspread, back of entrance door extremely dirty, table legs loose and wobbly.

No elevator to reach second floor for disabled person. Hot in hallways and no air in hallway. Water pressure was terrible and shower made loud screeching noise.

We were able to get a room late. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Bed sheets and towels were dingy. They almost bordered, dirty.  The room had a very moldy smell to it.  we had to burn candles and incense.

Booked by mistake( I thought I was completing the booking a Syracuse, NY motel not the Albany motel)--When I got the confirmation, I saw I had booked wrong motel, but I could not cancel. Education is expensive wherever you get it.

Room and bathroom were VERY small. Fine for a brief stay just to have someplace to sleep, but I wouldn't stay long term. Location was good in terms of other businesses nearby and easy to find from the highway. However, the parking lot is hard to turn into coming from the highway and easy to miss.

Staff was amazing, very accommodating. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure was phenomenal!

Bathroom was super tiny. Ants everywhere!!! Don't bring any food with you into ground floor rooms since they are off the parking lot, by two feet, if you have any food at all, even baby formula you'll get trails of ants very quickly! Checked in with a baby in a stroller and clerk gave me a 2nd floor room, they don't have an elevator so I had to go back and get a new room on the ground floor. Not a problem though. Room was very small, not much moving around room with a baby stroller aginst the heater.

Room was newly renovated. Nice flooring, looked nice and clean which was a change from how they used to look. I wonder if they changed the jacuzzi rooms too or have them the same Victorian decorated way.

the highway was just outside my room. couldn’t sleep with the traffic noise. I am handicapped and asked for. first floor room. they couldn’t put me in one and offered to only cancel my reservation. I needed the reservation so I stayed. there were no elevators and the walk upstairs with and without luggage was Terrible. they said the room came with breakfast, they didn’t put any out. the staff when I checked in was less than accommodating.
