I didn't like the fact that the lighting was not bright.

I didn't like that all the jets on whirlpool weren't working properly. There was dirty towels that were supplied for the room. I had to go down and get clean fresh towels because the recieptionist couldn't leave the desk due to being the only one on duty.

I like the location, the hot free breakfast bar was a hit. I also enjoyed the fact they have a indoor pool and workout center.

No elevator-although they changed my room to ground floor smoothly when I explained my disabled sister could not manage the stairs. It was mostly very clean but the bathroom floor had mold along the outside bottom tub edge and some random staining or possibly dirt on the tile. The free breakfast was pretty hit or miss. The travel amenities appeared to have already been used.

Location, price point, while I did not use loved that they had a handicapped lift for the pool! Great fresh bed linens and towels

Very outdated, could use some sprucing up. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke from the time you opened entry door.

Building definitely needs updating. No yogurt or fresh fruit offered at breakfast, which I have had at most motels. There are no elevators in the building, so anyone with a handicap needs to ask for a first floor room. This wasn't the management's fault, but the pool was so crowded we chose not to use it. The pool was one of the reasons I chose this place over others.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Check in and check out were easy, location was good for my purposes, and there is free breakfast provided, including hot options. There is a great restaurant right across the street.

Too many screaming and running kids in the late night and earl mornings. Not the problem of the hotel, just a problem with the parents that let them run wild.

1. The room smells really bad. 2. Poor communication. The deposit was withheld without prior notice (there was no information about the deposit during the booking process). One week after check out they still haven’t sent it back. I sent multiple messages via booking, haven’t received anything back, and when I called them to ask, the manager was rude. I have weird feeling like I’m asking for a favor, not something that they owe me :)

Brown stains under toilet and on wall in toilet. You work it out. Iron but board not in room. No coffee or tea in room as described. Paid cash and was locked out 1st day saying my credit card was not working. Person who booked me in didn’t enter it properly. Was asked again the next day for payment. Toilet paper stuck in security peep hold in door??

The only problem was I booked a balcony with the courtyard, but I was in 261, facing a parking lot...also there was a set of ghetto eyelashes stuck to the table like they were peeled off and she stuck them to the table top. Other than that, I am completely satisfied as usual.
