The lamp could a little fire. Went to the front desk. Asked if we could change rooms cuz we were not comfortable. The lady at the front desk called her manager, her manager said no replace the lamp. The guy that came to replace the lamp tried to plug it in. We told him no we didn't feel comfortable plugging it in. The person who replaced the lamp got shocked when he took the old one out. My husband said that was a rookie mistake. Needless to say we did not have a lamp in our room. But the place was nice. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was great.

Night time was not so pleasant for us. The bed was too firm and so were the pillows. Also, at night the air seemed to go off for long periods of time, leaving us hot and uncomfortable.

The happy hour, location, cleanliness of the establishment were amazing.

Just thought the shuttle to downtown was free but it isn’t. Breakfast was great, but the eggs were terrible. Also you’re far from downtown. 15 minute drive. Probably worth it to spend more and be downtown if that’s what you’re going for.

The staff was great. We had a leak in our room and they got us switched out fast and easy. They were friendly and helpful.

Booking.com confirmation didn't come through. Our room face parking lot and street light shined in room all night.

There is only one elevator so if you have mobility issues you need to be on the ground floor or very close to that elevator as it is a big complex

This was a more budget priced accommodation and it absolutely punched above its weight. The breakfast was very good. The pool was good. The room was more than adequate. Very impressed for the the value. We stayed in the Hilton in the Baton Rouge and it was terrible.

Clean. Friendly staff. Specially Ashley and the maintenance person. Our ac wasn’t working properly and he solve the problem in less than half an hour.

Shower pressure wasn’t the best, but got the job done. AC in first room was obnoxiously loud, moved to another room and it was great.

Location and parking was good. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent, always like a waffle maker. Beds were comfortable. Happy hour with complimentary drinks and snack was awesome.

It’s not really the hotels fault but the shuttle was never on time and was kinda terrible! At one point with wait time and travel time it took us 2 hours to get less than 5 miles because of the shuttle.

The staff there are very nice and accommodating! The bar tender also very nice! We liked the hot breakfast and the evening snack along with drinks!

EVERTHING. Staff, food, location, Shuttle….Will stay here again. Oh and bed and pillows.. like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable! Sylvia at front desk was precious!
