Our room was to small for the 3 of us.we have never gotten one that small before and I have been coming to yall place for years now.And I think yall should put on your check in papers or somewhere people can see it that after a certain time to respect other people sleeping.

Rooms just resemble pictures. Room bathroom had mold in ceiling and inside Rooms were noisy due to pool being so close to room.

The bathroom needed a bit of cleaning and the bathroom fan/vent was dirty. I had to thoroughly clean the coffee pot before we could even use it.

The location was great and was around all our various activities for the week.

No one ever talked about the available amenities, which I thought was strange because there were so many. The AC was very loud and the bed was positioned RIGHT next to it.

My only complaints were that the air conditioner was loud and positioned by the bed. The bed was not a king-size bed as promised. I have one at home. This was a queen sized bed. There are a few cosmetic things that need attending. The owner needs to do a little sprucing up. I stayed because of the amenities and staff. Our trip was great. I want to be truthful helping the owner and potential customers.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My accommodations were a great setup. The kitchen was ready for use, including a dishwasher. It's an older resort, but quaint and in a good location. It was an unbeatable price. The owner just needs to do some sprucing up. We had a great trip and experience overall.

There is no one monitoring too hot tub and people stayed in it and never gave anyone else a chance to get in.

5pm is too late for out of towners to check in… than the pool close at 10pm we had to check in at 5 pm go to Walmart and purchase swim suites and sunscreen lotion etc… about the time we make it back to our room to get in the pool we had two hrs

The only complaint we had was there was no black out curtains and the blinds allowed a lot of light in at night. The bed was also very worn in. There was dips in the mattress, but wasn’t horrible enough to lose sleep.

We loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub! We also loved the games available for use like shuffleboard, put-put, and billiards.

Had originally said we didn't want maid service but then the next day we said we did. They said they would change it but he maid didn't Clean out room the whole stay. Had to go to desk for more towels and toilet paper

It was very nice, very clean. The staff was very friendly. And it was a lot of things to do. Not too far to drive. The hotel it self was great A lot of things to do at the hotel I can't wait to bring my boys for the summer.

The bathroom is too small; the shower wasn’t good; the toilet was incredible small; we heard the noise of the guests next to our room; when we turned on the heater, it smelled so bad and the TV remote control wasn’t work properly.

One of my guests fell on the stairs going into the pool because it was slimy slippery and hurt his hip and ankle. Please get this cleaned up before someone else gets hurt.
