The view

The shower curtain was molded at least 6 in up the curtain. There is no remote for the TV. I rented a Jacuzzi suite, and it didn't work.. stains in the carpet. The bed was so hard that it was like laying on the floor.

was out dated and had an odor of mothballs.

You just compare the room and breakfast on the same premise of Quality Inn hotel. We had three rooms , 2 on Quality in and one at Clinton Inn with same price. Its like HELL and heaven difference

The pool was dirty. I changed my mind about getting in. The other patrons were up all night slamming doors and yelling.

I read some of the reviews and I was concerned about our stay. The fragrance I noticed was familiar from other businesses I have done business with. It seems to be quite popular these days. The yard was perfectly groomed and there was easy walking to the lake. It wasn’t the Ritz hotel but I didn’t pay for the Ritz.

Just don’t gouge your customers like all the other’s seem to do and you will have my repeat business.

Shower water pressure was too low. And the continental breakfast could have had more options, like eggs, sausage, and more fruit options.

The view of Lake Erie

The rooms were not modern, it was outdated. The price we paid was not what we expected.. the carpet was disgusting, my white socks were black after 10 minutes!! Spider webs all up on the ceilings & corners.. dead bugs all over. Couldn't sit on our porch area due to spider webs. The hot tub was misleading, and the smell was awful. We couldn't swim in the pool cause of the bugs in it. We made lemonade out of lemons and made the best of our stay.

The room was clean. No bugs.

Room wasn't fully stocked or cleaned. Not enough pillows and blankets or towels but it was clean and that's all that matters.

The view was great.

The pool was filthy. The rooms are old and worn. Carpet stained. No coffee maker in the rooms.

The staff is outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This was our 2nd weekend in a row staying there, we will be back again!

Marijuana smell in hallway but mgr put a stop to it.

There were spiders and cobwebs in the room, nasty used towels under the sink feces on the wall and blood on the wall, terribly mismanaged. Do not stay here, sent in my comments and ask for a refund and they have done nothing, not one word back, this hotel is a nightmare.

Double queen space

It is dirty and poorly maintained. Owners and managers are unskilled
