The rooms were not modern, it was outdated. The price we paid was not what we expected.. the carpet was disgusting, my white socks were black after 10 minutes!! Spider webs all up on the ceilings & corners.. dead bugs all over. Couldn't sit on our porch area due to spider webs. The hot tub was misleading, and the smell was awful. We couldn't swim in the pool cause of the bugs in it. We made lemonade out of lemons and made the best of our stay.

The room looked nothing like the photos,there was no furniture other than a table and two chairs,it smelled bad, tub was gross, paint and plaster was peeling and crumbling from the ceiling,there was no iron in the room, late checkout was not an option. Nothing was as I expected after looking at the photos, it was very disappointing.

The area in the back was nice, the bed was comfortable.

The room was very tight, my wife and I couldn't walk past each other, were both very slim people. Room seemed oddly setup, losing a lot of sq ft. Nice big bathroom attached to small cramped room

Very outdated and older. The air conditioner in the one bedroom was broke and it was 90 degrees in the whole entire suite cus they shut all the ac off when no one is staying in the room so it took forever to cool down. The breakfast is ok at best. Prepackaged donuts and 1 option of cereal. But it’s free so won’t complain too much.

Rooms were very small, shower had black stains, bed was hard and had yellow stain on sheet. Could tell it was washed but a stain.

Rooms aged with worn and stained carpet. Ironic as they charged $50 for our little dog, a price we found excessive.

For the price….not as expected. Tiny room, I found a women’s eye lashes stuck to my bedding, the whole place stunk like marijuana, one of the rooms right at the top of the stairs had the strongest smell of cat urine so bad it stunk up the hallway. The bathtub did not drain, and there was hair on and around the toilet.

We selected this location to use the pool. However, the pool was closed although we were promised it would be open in the morning it never opened before checkout time.

Breakfast was just passable. Coffee is available 24 seven. it’s an older hotel where the room smelled like lemon, cleaning deodorant. bathrooms was remodeled in our room very clean. Great view of the lake however, they don’t take care of the property very well. Understaffed.

Hotel staff did not come and tidy the room up daily, actually not at all. I guess you had to ask the staff to come and clean your room. Also, the water in the bath/shower would not get hot/warm at all. I guess I could have let staff know about the issues, but didn't want to deal with it.

Location on Lake Erie was beautiful! Pool and gazebo area was nice.

Almost all of the outlets would not properly hold onto a plug, so things like chargers kept falling out of the wall. The sliding patio door lock did not work, so it was essentially unlocked the entire stay. Although there was a kitchenette, nothing was supplied aside from a few disposable cups. The toilet did not flush properly, requiring you to hold the lever until the tank was empty in order to flush. The batteries were dead in one of the remotes. Some of the lights did not work. There was no daily maid service. The blinds did not effectively black out the lights from the parking lot. The wifi is unsecured, so I would not recommend connecting to it.

The pool was nice, albeit cold. The staff were friendly. The view was nice.
