Location was beautiful. I wish I could’ve got down to the water though. It was kind of trippy when I was in the pool and there were people eating dinner all dressed up but still very nice.

Again, I think it would’ve been nice to be able to go down to the water from the location

Everything else. We did not have a good experience and will not be back. Unfortunately our room had a very moldy, musty smell to it and was overall very dirty. We had to ask for extra sheets and remake the bed ourselves because it smelled AND I found hair in it. Gross!!! The shower was dirty, the shampoo was hand soap, the windows were soo dirty, the comforter had actual dark dirt stains on it, and the floors were dirty (after walking around in the room my feet were dirty). Just overall very filthy. I cannot believe they are charging that much for an unkempt motel room! At the very least it can be cleaner for the guests who are so excited for their stay. A little goes a long way…

Outstanding location, right on the ocean. Very rare for a property in this price range. Small enough property to allow for a sense of peace and quiet. Beautiful pool, great restaurant.

Seagulls were a little annoying when dining outside. But what can you expect? We were accommodated by being moved to an inside table next to a window, so all was good. Delicious food, beautifully presented.

Bedroom and bathroom. In need of upgrades specially bathroom. Upgrades with all curtains, bedspread specially.

No electricity. No hot water. Ants in bed and room. Bugs in shower. No hot food. Toxic cleaning smell in room so needed to move. Rats on property. Dangerous bare open electrical wires outside. No response from management for resolving issues.

Friendly staff, fabulous location and view. We enjoyed a tasty lunch and the continental breakfast was decent.

Room 2 - The mirror frame above the sink was damaged and needs replacing and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The food at Shoals Restaurant was excellent! The NY steak was the best ever. The complimentary breakfast wonderful. Our ocean view room great. The staff was friendly & more than helpful:) Will definitely be back again!!!

Ocean view the ocean view was perfect, the room was clean,

The internet was horrible, the toilet Was wobbly, the parking spaces so narrow and very limited spaces, no coffee maker or microwave in our rooms. very expensive for 2 stay.

The view, the two bedroom room that accomodated, my mom, two 12 year old boys and myself, the comfy beds, and all the great spots around the property to sit and watch the ocean! Our dinner was fabulous! We had Ciopino and the scallop risotto! The server and the kitchen also substituted some sides for my son's filet! Such a special place! I wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back

My only complaint was it's a bit loud early in the morning... I could have closed the windows but the smell and sound of the ocean was worth the noise.

Unable to communicate with hotel before arrival. Needed to tell them and have them confirm a late check in. Tried by phone twice and once via text but never received confirmation.

The property is beautiful.

It was really expensive for a very small room with a tiny shower. It is a charming spot though.

Bed bugs, breakfast was not fresh or enough variety, and parking was not good because the lot is small and they share the lot with the restaurant
