Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I cannot think of anything i didn't like.
Breakfast was nice. Cereals, waffles, muffins, sausage patties, eggs, and bread for toast with variety of jelly. Coffee, juice, and other drinks were available.

I was charged a $50 damage deposit that I am supposed to get back. I told front desk person morning of checkout that my wife and I had traveled the entire day that we checked in and went straight to bed and I assured her there was no damage. Her response was that everyone is charged a damage deposit. I told her I had never paid a damage deposit at which time she became a robot and just repeated herself. Our original plan was to stay at Clario on the return trip home but changed plans.
Coffee was very good. Breakfast was just ok.

I was in an adjoining room next to family with small baby. The door didn't muffle the crying much. The breakfast on the second morning was barely warm. I'm amazed it didn't make me sick.
Great bed and bathroom. Very clean and comfy. I liked that I could control the temperature as the weather was horrible and the a/c was freezing when I checked in.

That the staff was extremely ugly when we called and asked why there was 100 charge to our credit card and they blamed us for cutting the sheets and mattress pad with a knife which did not happen

Very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Early (5am) breakfast that helped our plans. Bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept on in a long time.

I guess my only complaint was the heating system. System was very noisy every time it came on causing loss of sleep
Had the breakfast for the most part it was good did not care for the sausage but the area was very clean. Staff was friendly and the lobby and room clean.

Pillows are to small. When it's broke fix it( sink was cracked and water didn't drain good). Air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning ( had to keep switching from air to heat .

The breakfast was not good at all. But there was waffles with some topping which was a plus. You could only get coffee in the morning, which is a shame cause I tend to drink it throughout the day. And the prices at there market was alittle high. especially considering there is a store next door that you can walk to that's cheaper. And the front desk people were not very friendly.
Right off the interstate and close to Walmart and restaurants. The bed was amazing. One of the best I've slept in as far as hotels go. over all not a bad place to stay.

I loved EVERYTHING.
The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Carpet smelled like it was wet when walking into room. I didn't care for the lighting that shined into the room at night from outside. Couldn't sleep first night. Had to figure out how to keep lighting out.
Entering the building it was very clean an pretty. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, Location was very convenient. I love that the bathroom had really bright natural lighting unlike most hotels which are dim.Location was nice, area was very quiet.
