The toilet seat was only half attached so I was not thrilled to learn that the hard way. Also the wall above the shower had a huge open duct hole with chinese food smell coming from the room next to mine. I lot of homeless hanging out there. Some girl on opiates asked me if I wanted to chill with her and her girl. Hard pass.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wall mural was cool. Good lighting. Ac worked well. Shower had good pressure. Full wall length mirror was a nice touch. If you dont leave the room youre all set. The Gentleman at the counter was very kind and accommodating.

The wifi is very slow, and some of the outlets didn't work.

Clean room, we enjoyed the breakfast included in our stay and the TV with plenty of channels to watch. The bed was comfortable and the folks at the front desk were very friendly.

There was a broken liquid soap attachment in the bathroom which had broken off of the shower wall but it was hair conditioner and not soap. The TV volume was broken. And when i reported it to the front desk the clerk suggested I turn the TV off and back on again and it would fix it. Unfortunately, he was wrong. When he came to the room he realized the volume was actually broken. He stated he would notify his manager and switch rooms. It never happened. We stayed in the room with no working TV. And they never gave us any credit for the inconvenience.

I like that it was located close to Syracuse University. The bed was comfortable.

The location was ok I just didn’t like that upon arrival the front desk guy took forever with my card to put in for cleaning services, also I thought it was going to be more hotel feeling not like outside entrances to rooms.

The area of town was a little sketchy, right by highway entry/exit. I don't usually like hotels with a room door that faces to the outside, for security reasons, but you did have to pass through a locked hotel door to get to that section.

I didn’t like that my room window had a draft so I heard a loud wind constantly that was kind of annoying also when getting checked in I was only given a courtesy bag if I was to leave a review as the people that checked in before me was given one without the same expectations. I feel they should be consistent & treat everyone the same.

Room was dirty, hair all in the tub, and had a weird oder to it. It wasn't in the best part of town although it was pretty secure.

The hallways were open to the elements. My room was at the opposite end of the building, so it was cold walking the halls. Other than that, the room was nice and warm (made up for that).

Breakfast good. One young man helped me with the waffle iron. Quiet. Small but comfy room. Comfortable bed, hardly tossed during the night. Walking distance to downtown.

The hallway to room-open “windows” w/bars on them that led right outside (1st floor). It felt more like a motel than hotel. Hotels have inclosed walls. There was a bandaid stuck to ceiling fan in bathroom. Pillows too small (lil square pillows) & room was too small.

Location near city center but advised to not walk alone at night to/from there. Location near highway, although in the room you could not hear much. Breakfast no glutenfree options, could make oat with water though.
