The property had trash all over, and some guests were even lounging inappropriately in the hallway (literally across from mt room.).

The room was very clean and comfortable.

There are gaping holes in the cieling of the hallway with falling debris. Continental breakfast could use some basics like coffee cups, cereal bowls, fresh milk for coffee and cereal.

The beds were very comfortable. Looks like they’re attempting to update a pretty lackluster hotel.

The TV options would skip while watching which made for a subpar viewing experience. One half of the hotel is a rehabilitation center for people getting reintegrated back into the community after being in prison and that was not apparent throughout the booking process.

In a good location with a lot of walkable restaurants etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room itself was clean.

Light flickering and timing off and loud noise in pipes. No bottle water to buy accessible.

The shower could use some rubber adhesives on the bottom to prevent slips. Some minor touch-ups here and there would make it great! But overall, it was not bad for the price.

It was close to highway, quick trip to the city. Was a good price for a quick stay. We didn't have breakfast.

Booked a suite, arrived and was down graded to a small, out-dated room. We had no choice but to take it, as we were in town for an event, and other hotels in the area were booked solid. Dark, dreary; small fridge sat on the floor next to the bathroom; bathroom door would not shut completely- knob had been "chewed;" cleanliness was sketchy; skeevy atmosphere overall.

I had no heat in my room. I set the thermostat at 74 and it never warmed up. The next morning I reported it to the front desk and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. No comment at all from then, no offer of a refund. I was eventually moved to the room next door which had heat.

No elevator, no bar? No restaurant. Breakfast consisted of a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. Also, bed had a deep depression in middle of mattress

The first night we didn't have any heat in the room we mentioned it to the front desk they said turn it off and turn it on it should work but it never did so we had to go without heat for the first night. They switched our room later the next day after finally someone came to check it and said it was broke

Everything was old and worn out. Even the tv remote was so worn out they were just black buttons!

This place needs some love. The windows in the breakfast area have never seen the light!!! Breakfast area was not clean. We went off site for breakfast. Room was functional. But not worth the $300 a night that we paid Its time to upgrade this place, put a bit of money back into it to make it great again!

The property could use some maintenance and upkeep. i was there during rain and a lot of the public areas had buckets catching the water due to roof leaks. Small things are broken like the luggage cart, a wheel fell off while using. The vending machines (owned and serviced by an outside company) needed to be filled. Nothing major that would discourage me from staying there again.

A great location for an event at the nearby State Fairgrounds. I got the exact type of room that I booked and paid for, and appreciated the pet friendly policy of the hotel (with an additional $15 per night room charge for doggo). Room was clean with basic personal care items provided.
