Room with little odor in it

The lady gave me a room with people already in it and laid down in the bed sleeping, Thank Jesus Christ that I and the people don't get mad about it and I close the door and when back to the front desk with regret about poor customer service 😞

The only thing that was not so great was a sort of humid feel in the room and there was a little bit of mold on the lamp for the lights next to the bed.

It is very close to everything in Gatlinburg. You can literally walk to everything since it’s right at the end.

Only had a shower hard to bath a toddler in the shower. Parking lot was tight but that’s prolly everywhere.

Great location to park for the strip and within walking distance for a much better price than other hotels. Was mostly clean looked recently renovated

There was nowhere to hang wet towels or swimsuits. We had to hang towels, washcloths, and swimsuits on chair backs and doorknobs. Only one mirror in the room so we had to take turns in the bathroom. These things seem unimportant until you don’t have them for 4 days.

The entrances were all on the outside, I expected a Hotel. The elevator was outside and very hot inside and it didn't go to the lobby. We had to use 3 sets of stairs to get to the lobby each time we needed to go down there. Also our room wasn't cleaned one day, so I had to go down to the lobby to get more towels and tp. The young lady at the desk was very nice, but the lobby was very warm too. Not very comfortable. Also the pool was across the parking lot from our building and you had to climb a steep hill to get to it, so we didn't use it.

The room was very clean, but it was a bit smaller than I expected.

The room was smelly, like musty. There was no fan in the bathroom. There was paint chipped on the bathroom door. The air conditioning smelled musty. The beds were comfortable but the ceiling had moldy water spots with peeling paint.

We loved the view and the location. It was a gorgeous night. The pool was nice but we arrived too late to swim. We did have some visitors. Momma bear and 2 cubs.

It could use some update. The water pressure was poor. The rooms need updating. The wall paper was pilling off and things just looked worn down.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was nice as well.

The rooms that we were first given were not made, it took several minutes to get assigned to different rooms. No elevators in a 4 story building. Have to get outside when going from the room to breakfast area. Large yellow spots on shower ceiling. Broken toilet paper holder. Rooms very dark. Some USB charger outlets not working properly.

The deck with a view of the town and a flowering tree was very nice. Location right at the edge of the main tourist area is convenient.

The flight of stairs to get to elevator from lobby. Some ceiling paint peeling in room from what looks like maybe roof water damage since we were on top floor.

Loved the location. Good to walk to town and sights. Room was spacious enough and liked the breakfast bar choices. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool looked inviting. Had good parking.

They have a beautiful deck that is underutilized. They need to have chairs out there to relax and enjoy the view.

The beds were very comfy. Everything was clean. The air conditioner worked great, and it kept the room nice and cold like we like it. Breakfast was alright pretty much the same stuff every day and like other hotels.

The shower is a walk in but the shower curtain was not conducive for that type shower . It stuff to your body . And got water every where . The bathroom was cramped and our king room wasn’t as updated and the doubles that’s we had family in .
