Not a great location in San Francisco. The breakfast was very bad considering it is advertised as good breakfast online.

Room was good but the overall vibe of the hotel was not great.

The breakfast was only toast and juice, unless I got there too late but it was 8am.

I originally booked this room because they have parking, although a small lot. Parking is expensive and hard to find in the city. Upon arrival though the parking lot was already full (4pm) but the staff made accommodations for me to park next door so all was great!! I'd suggest checking-in the earliest allowed.

Elevators not working since we are on the top floor it is kind of inconvenient. Sometimes there is no one in the front desk to ask for information. Breakfast is not impressive but still thanks for providing it.

It is near public transportation stops and it is walkable from the downtown area and the ferry building area. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the Cleaning Lady was very nice. There is Parking for guests which is convenient.

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but it is relatively close to the main attractions. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

The bathroom fan was not working . Wall paper in restroom had mold growing and mold around door frame . Needs ventilation fan installed and bleach all mold …

The bathroom was a bit humid, there were stains in the bath (probably due to a bath mat that was there a while ago, a good bleach scrub would do).

Good location for a short stay in San Francisco. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, car park available but limited, however we were lucky and we managed to park the car.

Water took a while to heat up. The location is very close to the tenderloin district. So if you’re walking anywhere, avoid going through there.

I liked the pricing of the property for 2 nights!

TV selection is horrid. Most channels are spanish. Floors definitely need a good cleaning, my 10 month old was crawling around and had extremely dirty hands and knees right upon arrival. The beds are small and uncomfortable and the pillows have the same issues. The elevators were also out of order so keep that in mind. We were on the second floor.

Suite style room which means living room is separate from the bedrooms. Only one of our bedrooms had a door which was a dissapointment but still worked for our family. The bedrooms were extremely large in size. The wet bar had plenty of amenities for our stay such as a sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great location, in walking distance of great restaurants and close drive to the Oracle Park. I like that the parking garage is gated.

Shower pressure wasn't the best or hot. Water was lukewarm ( I like hot showers).

Great place to stay if you dont need all the amenities a larger hotel offers. Convenient location in the middle of everything, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed, felt safe & secure.

Entrance and exit system was through a ring doorbell which wasn’t always answered the first time. Similar set up to a motel rather than an actual hotel block.

Good location, clean and staff were helpful when visible.

Elevators didn't work. We had to go up two flights of stairs then down a short staircase to our room. Not enough parking, plus had to pay for an additional spot for overnight. There shouldn't be a one car limit. We had two cars for 4 people. We shouldn't have to pay for an addition spot, or that needs to be advertised, (specifically), on the listing, which it was not. Limited parking does not mean you can have only one spot, and you have to pay if you want more. Plus, we only got offered that additional spot because I have a handicap placard. The nearest parking area, aside from streets, is an open parking lot that costs a ridiculous amount for overnight.

The room was nice and looked pretty close to the photos. The kitchenet was nice and had good storage space, and a spacious mini fridge, and sink.
